0- घटना कारित करने वाले दोनों अभियुक्त गिरफ्तार, घटना में प्रयुक्त एक शॉल बरामद
प्रतापगढ़। उत्तरप्रदेश के प्रतापगढ़ में थाना संग्रामगढ़ पर आवेदक दशरथलाल पुत्र कल्लू राम निवासी मादामई थाना लालगंज, जनपद प्रतापगढ़ द्वारा यह सूचना दी गयी कि मेरे विवाहिता लड़की वन्दना उर्फ सुशीला की उसके पति अंकित कुमार व मेरी छोटी पुत्री मोनी द्वारा दिनांक 06.02.2022 की रात्रि को हत्या कर दी गयी है। इस संबंध में वादी की तहरीर पर थाना संग्रामगढ़ पर मु0अ0सं0 38/2022 धारा 302, 201 भादवि का अभियोग पंजीकृत किया गया।
उक्त अभियोग की विवेचना/कार्यवाही के क्रम मे गुरुवार को थानाध्यक्ष संग्रामगढ़ अनिल कुमार पाण्डेय मय टीम द्वारा देखभाल क्षेत्र/तलाश वांछित, वारण्टी अभियुक्त के दौरान थाना क्षेत्र के बाबागंज नहर पुलिया के पास से उक्त घटना से संबंधित अभियुक्त अंकित कुमार व अभियुक्ता मोनी को गिरफ्तार कर उनके कब्जे से घटना में प्रयुक्त 01 शॉल बरामद की गयी।
गिरफ्तार अभियुक्त अंकित कुमार द्वारा बताया गया कि हमाराआपस में प्रेम संबंध है और हम दोनों आपस में बातचीत करते है जिसका मेरी पत्नी वंदना उर्फ सुशीला (मृतका) विरोध करती थी। दिनांक 06.02.2022 को मैं व मेरी साली मोनी फोन से बात कर रहे थे जिसे मेरी पत्नी ने सुन लिया व मुझसे
झगड़ा करने लगी। जब मैंने यह बात अपनी साली को बतायी थी और फिर उसी रात्रि को योजनाबद्ध तरीके से मैं अपनी साली मोनी को अपने घर ले आया और फिर हम दोनों ने मिलकर 01 शॉल से अपनी पत्नी का मुंह व गला दबाकर उसकी हत्या कर दी थी। इसके बाद मैं अपनी साली मोनी को उसके घर छोड़ आया और सभी को अपनी पत्नी की तबीयत खराब होने की सूचना दे दी व कुछ देर बाद में तबीयत खराब होने से उसकी मृत्यु हो जाने की सूचना दे दी।
