-महिला ने दो दिन दिया था मुकदमा दर्ज कराने के लिए धरना
काशीपुर। थाने के बाहर दो दिन धरना देने के बाद पुलिस ने महिला के साथ दुष्कर्म के मामले में आरोपियों के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया है।
विदित हो कि एक महिला 2 दिन से थाना आईटीआई के सामने धरने पर बैठी हुई थी और वह पुलिस से अपने चचेरे ज्येठ पर दुष्कर्म करने का आरोप लगा रही थी। थाना आईटीआई पुलिस ने जब महिला की कोई सुनवाई नहीं की तो पीड़ित महिला न्याय की गुहार लगाते हुए महिला आयोग की उपाध्यक्ष श्रीमती सायरा बानो के पास पहुंच गयी, जिस पर महिला आयोग उपाध्यक्ष ने थाना आईटीआई पहुंचकर महिला की रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराने को पुलिस से कहा परंतु पुलिस ने उन्हें महिला हेल्पलाइन में काउंसलिंग की बात कहते हुए उनसे भी मुकदमा लिखने के लिए मना कर दिया जिस पर उन्होंने पुलिस महानिदेशक से आग्रह किया और पुलिस महानिदेशक के हस्तक्षेप के बाद थाना आईटीआई पुलिस ने महिला की तहरीर पर अभियोग पंजीकृत कर दिया है। बताते चलें कि ग्राम मेघावाला जसपुर निवासी दिलबर की पुत्री का विवाह 28 जून 2021 को बांसखेड़ा निवासी अलीजान पुत्र दूल्हे के साथ हुआ था। महिला ने ससुराल वालों पर आरोप लगाते हुए कहा कि बीती 28 अगस्त 2022 को उसका चचेरा जेठ फहीम अहमद पुत्र कय्यूम निवासी बांसखेड़ा कला काशीपुर जबरदस्ती उसके कमरे में घुस आया और उसके साथ बलात्कार किया। उसने यह भी बताया कि इसकी शिकायत जब उसने अपने पति और ससुरालियों से की तो उन्होंने भी उल्टा उसे ही डांट फटकार दिया और पति ने उसके साथ मारपीट की और धमकी दी कि यह बात तो किसी से नहीं बताएगी। महिला ने ससुरालियों पर दहेज के लिए प्रताड़ित करने का भी आरोप लगाया है उसने यह बताया है कि उसके पति अलीजान, जेठ मोहम्मद जान, जेठानी शहनाज, सास आसमीन उसके साथ आए दिन दहेज कम लाने को लेकर प्रताड़ित करते हैं और मारते पीटते हैं पुलिस ने पुलिस महानिदेशक के आदेश पर धारा 376/ 498/ 504/ 506/323 तथा दहेज अधिनियम के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया है। मुकदमे की जांच रुद्रपुर पुलिस को सौंपी गई हैं।
