अधिकारियों को दिए सभी व्यवस्थाएं चाक-चैबंद बनाए रखने के निर्देश
देहरादून, । चारधाम यात्रा की तैयारियां एवं व्यवस्थाओं को लेकर आयुक्त गढ़वाल मंडल सुशील कुमार की अध्यक्षता में नगर निगम सभागार ऋषिकेश में गढ़वाल मण्डल के सभी जनपदों के जिलाधिकारी एवं पुलिस अधिकारी सहित रेखीय विभाग के आला अधिकारियों के साथ चारधाम यात्रा की तैयारी को लेकर बैठक हुई। उन्होंने कहा कि विगत वर्षों की अपेक्षा इस वर्ष चारधाम यात्रा में बड़ी संख्या में यात्रियों के आने की सम्भावना है, सभी व्यवस्थाएं चाक-चैबंद बनाए रखने के लिए उन्होंने चारधाम यात्रा व्यवस्था से जुड़े रेखीय विभागों को आपसी समन्वय के साथ अप्रैल तक समुचित व्यवस्थाएं बनाने के निर्देश दिए। बैठक में पुलिस महानिरीक्षक गढ़वाल परिक्षेत्र के एस नगन्याल, जिलाधिकारी देहरादून डा. आर राजेश कुमार, डीआईजी/वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक जन्मजेय खण्डूरी जिलाधिकारी चमोली हिमांशु खुराना, जिलाधिकारी रूद्रप्रयाग मनुज गोयल, जिलाधिकारी टिहरी ईवा आशीष श्रीवास्तव, सहित अन्य अधिकारियों ने प्रतिभाग किया। गढ़वाल आयुक्त सुशील कुमार ने चारधाम यात्रा के दौरान कानून व्यवस्था, यात्रा मार्गो की स्थिति, परिवहन, पेयजल, विद्युत आपूर्ति, पर्यटन विभाग द्वारा यात्रा रजिस्ट्रेशन, स्वास्थ्य चिकित्सा, प्राथमिक उपचार, खाद्यान्न व्यवस्था, तीर्थयात्रियों हेतु आवास व्यवस्था, धामों में दर्शन-पूजा व्यवस्था, सूचना संचार, हेली यात्रा, आपातकालीन परिचालन, स्वच्छता व्यवस्था, यात्रा वाहनों के ग्रीन कार्ड एवं पंजीकरण आदि विषयों पर संबंधित विभागों से विगत बैठक में दिए गए निर्देशों के क्रम में की गई कार्यवाही की समीक्षा की। बैठक में संबंधित जिलाधिकारियों, पुलिस अधीक्षक, चिकित्सा, पर्यटन, परिहन विभाग, चिकित्सा-स्वास्थ्य, पावर कारपोरेशन, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग, ग्रेफ बीआरओ, पीडब्लूडी, खाद्यान्न, श्री बदरीनाथ- केदारनाथ मंदिर समिति, जीएमवीएन, उरेड़ा, बीएसएनएल, संचार चारधाम यात्रा से संबंधित सभी विभागों के शीर्ष अधिकारियों ने विगत बैठक मेें दिए गए निर्देशों के क्रम में कार्य प्रगति से अवगत कराया। उन्होंने स्वास्थ्य विभाग को यात्रा हेतु नियुक्त किए गए चिकित्सकों एवं स्टाप को उनके नियुक्ति स्थल पर समय से रिलीव करने तथा ड्यूटी पर तैनाती देने साथ ही स्वास्थ्य टीम को पर्याप्त मात्रा में उपकरण एवं मेडिसिन उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने चारधाम मार्गों पर बेहतर स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं हेतु स्वयं सेवी संस्थाओं की भी सहायता लेने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने यात्रा मार्गों पर साफ-सफाई व्यवस्था हेतु संबंधित जिला अधिकारियों को निकायों/पंचायतों तथा चारधाम यात्रा मार्गों पर सुलभ इंटरनेशनल सोशल सर्विस आर्गेनाइजेशन द्वारा धामों एवं पैदल मार्गों पर सफाई व्यवस्था बनाते हुए इसकी प्रतिदिन माॅनिटरिंग करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने यात्रा मार्गों पर पेयजल व्यवस्था हेतु गढ़वाल जल संस्थान, विधुत व्यवस्था हेतु उत्तराखण्ड पाॅवर काॅरपोरेशन, दूर संचार व्यवस्था हेतु बीएसएनएल, गुणवत्ता पूर्वक खाद्य एवं रसद सामग्री हेतु खाद्यान विभाग को निर्देश दिए, साथ ही संबंधित जिलाधिकारियों को समिति बनाने जो कि खाद्यान की गुणवत्ता एवं रेट लिस्ट के अनुसार सामग्री विक्रय की जा रही है, की नियमित जांच करें। उन्होंने लोक निर्माण विभाग को चारधाम यात्रा मार्गों की माॅनिटरिंग हेतु एससी स्तर के अधिकारी को नोडल अधिकारी बनाने के निर्देश दिए। चारधाम यात्रा मार्गों पर पार्किंग एवं यात्रियों के लिए ठहरने के लिए व्यवस्था बनाने हेतु जीएमवीएम एवं यूकेटीएस को निर्देश दिए।
