पानीपत। अपनी मां के जिंदा होने के सुबूत लेकर एक बेटा आठ महीने सें दफ्तरों के चक्कर काट रहा है। हरियाणा के कई जिलों में सरकार और प्रशानस की लापरवाही के चलते बड़ी संख्या में बुजुर्गों की पेंशन काट दी गई है। वृद्धावस्था पेंशन के लिए बुजुर्गों को परेशान होना पड़ रहा है। ताजा मामला पानीपत के समालखा खंड के गांव पावटी का है, जहां एक बुजुर्ग महिला के बेटे राकेश मित्तल ने बताया कि उनकी मां का नाम धनपति और पिता बिशनदास हैं। उनकी मां की आयु 72 वर्ष हो चुकी है। फरवरी 2022 को उन्होंने परिवार पहचान पत्र बनवाया था।
परिवार पहचान पत्र में उसकी मां धनपति को मृत लिख दिया गया। ये परिवार पहचान पत्र अपडेट हुआ और समाज कल्याण पोर्टल पर चढ़ गया, जिससे उनकी माता की पेंशन काट दी गई। दो महीने तक पेंशन का इंतजार किया गया।
जब पेंशन बैंक खाते में नहीं आई तो समाज कल्याण कार्यालय में इसकी पूछताछ की गई। उन्होंने चेक कर बताया कि उनकी तो मां मर चुकी है। दस्तावेजों में वह मृत है। उन्होंने उनके जिंदा होने की बात बताई और दस्तावेज भी दिखाए, लेकिन कोई माना नहीं। इसके बाद वे इसकी शिकायत लेकर जिला समाज कल्याण विभाग, सीएम विंडो, एडीसी ऑफिस तक पहुंचे, लेकिन किसी ने उनकी सुनवाई नहीं की। सबसे परेशान होकर वे अपनी माता को लेकर चंडीगढ़ कार्यालय पहुंचे।
जहां पता लगा कि उनकी माता को गलती से परिवार पहचान पत्र में मृत घोषित किया गया है। पीपीपी को ठीक करवाने के बाद उनकी पेंशन चालू कर दी जाएगी। अब उन्होंने परिवार पहचान पत्र में भी ये त्रुटि ठीक करवा ली है लेकिन इसके बाद भी समाज कल्याण विभाग उनकी माता की पेंशन चालू नहीं हुई।
जिला समाज कल्याण अधिकारी रविंद्र हुड्डा ने धनपति के आधार कार्ड, पेंशन आईडी चेक करने के बाद कहा कि उनके यहां से पेंशन का रिकॉर्ड सही है। जैसे ही परिवार पहचान पत्र पोर्टल पर अपडेट होगा, उनकी पेंशन चालू हो जाएगी। पेंशन का बकाया भी मिलेगा। इससे पहले, गुरुवार रोहतक में भी बड़ी संख्या में पेंशन बंद होने की शिकायत लेकर सीएम मनोहर लाल खट्टर के सामने पहुंचे थे। सीएम ने कहा कि पेंशन को लेकर आई समस्याओं को निपटने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।
