योग भारत की प्राचीनतम सांस्कृतिक और आध्यात्मिक परंपरा का हिस्सा हैः राज्यपाल
देहरादून। राज्यपाल ले. जनरल गुरमीत सिंह (से. नि.) ने 11 वें अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस के अवसर पर प्रदेशवासियों को शुभकामनाएं देते हुए योग के महत्व पर प्रकाश डाला। राज्यपाल ने कहा कि योग भारत की प्राचीनतम सांस्कृतिक और आध्यात्मिक परंपरा का हिस्सा है जिसने संपूर्ण विश्व को जोड़ने का कार्य किया है। प्रसन्नता की बात है कि आज यह दिवस न केवल भारत के लिए अपितु संपूर्ण विश्व के लिए स्वास्थ्य, शांति और समरसता का प्रतीक बन चुका है। राज्यपाल ने कहा कि योग केवल शारीरिक व्यायाम नहीं, बल्कि यह शरीर, मन और आत्मा को संतुलित करने की प्रक्रिया है। यह आत्मानुशासन, संयम, और मानसिक शांति का मार्ग है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के प्रयासों से आज योग एक वैश्विक अभियान बन चुका है, और यह हम सभी के लिए गर्व की बात है कि दुनिया भारत की इस विरासत को स्वीकार करके और अपनाकर लाभान्वित हो रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि इस वर्ष अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस की थीम “एक पृथ्वी एक स्वास्थ्य के लिए योग।” भारत की सनातन सोच ‘‘वसुधैव कुटुम्बकम्’’ की वैश्विक अभिव्यक्ति है जो हमें याद दिलाता है कि हमारा व्यक्तिगत स्वास्थ्य, हमारी प्रकृति, हमारा पर्यावरण और हमारी सामाजिक संरचना – सभी परस्पर गहराई से गूंथे हुए हैं। राज्यपाल ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड जैसी आध्यात्मिक और प्राकृतिक भूमि पर योग का अभ्यास विशेष महत्व रखता है। उन्होंने इस अवसर पर युवाओं से आह्वान किया कि वे योग को अपने दैनिक जीवन का हिस्सा बनाएं और स्वस्थ भारत के निर्माण में योगदान दें। इस अवसर पर उत्तराखंड के कैबिनेट मंत्री सुबोध उनियाल ने मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी की प्रेरणा से उत्तराखंड द्वारा तैयार की गई भारत की पहली योग नीति- 2025 की विशेषताएं और लक्ष्य बताए। कहा कि यह नीति भारत का पहला योग उद्यमिता और अनुसंधान हब बनाएगी। इसमें योग और ध्यान केंद्रों की स्थापना हेतु अधिकतम 20 लाख रुपए तक का पूंजीगत अनुदान है। योग अनुसंधान कार्यों हेतु 10 लाख रुपए तक का शोध अनुदान। मौजूद संस्थानों में योग को बढ़ावा देने के लिए योग अनुसंधान एवं पारिश्रमिक प्रतिपूर्ति की व्यवस्था। योग शिक्षकों के प्रमाणन हेतु योग सर्टिफिकेशन बोर्ड के माध्यम से प्राप्त प्रमाणन को प्राथमिकता। तथा योग निदेशालय की स्थापना को भी इसकी कार्ययोजना में सम्मिलित किया गया है। कैबिनेट मंत्री ने उत्तराखंड की योग नीति 2025 के लक्ष्य बताते हुए कहा कि – वर्ष 2030 तक उत्तराखंड में कम – से – कम-पांच नए योग हब्स की स्थापना। मार्च 2026 तक राज्य के सभी आयुष हेल्थ एवं वैलनेस सेंटर्स में योग सेवाओं की उपलब्धता। समुदाय आधारित माइंडफूलनेस कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत जो विभिन्न आयु, लिंग और वर्ग की आवश्यकताओं को ध्यान में रखकर विकसित किए जाएंगे। योग संस्थाओं का शत – प्रतिशत पंजीकरण सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा। एक विशेष ऑनलाइन योग प्लेटफार्म विकसित किया जाएगा। तथा मार्च 2028 तक 15 से 20 राष्ट्रीय और अंतरराष्ट्रीय संस्थाओं के साथ साझेदारी विकसित करने का भी इसमें लक्ष्य रखा गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि हमें उम्मीद है कि यह योग्य नीति राज्य के पारंपरिक ज्ञान, आध्यात्मिक ऊर्जा और सांस्कृतिक धरोहर को समसामयिक अवसरों से जोड़ने का माध्यम बनेगी।
