पटना। सीरियल बम विस्फोट के मामले में दोषी करार दिए गए नौ आतंकियों में से चार को फांसी, दो को उम्रकैद, दो अन्य को दस-दस साल की कैद और एक को सात साल कीb कैद की सजा मिली है। न्यायाधीश गुरुविंदर सिंह मल्होत्रा ने सोमवार को सजा के बिंदु पर फैसला सुनाया। घटना के 8 साल 5 दिन बाद (2925 दिन) चार आतंकियों इम्तियाज, हैदर अली उर्फ ब्लैक ब्यूटी, नोमान अंसारी व मुजीबुल्लाह को सजा-ए-मौत की सजा सुनाई गई। मौत होने तक फांसी पर लटकाए रखने का आदेश दिया गया। वहीं, दो आतंकियों उमर सिद्दीकी व अजहरुद्दीन को उम्र कैद, जबकि अहमद हुसैन व फिरोज आलम को 10-10 वर्ष तथा इफ्तेखार को 7 वर्ष की कैद की सजा मिली है। इस मामले में साक्ष्य के अभाव में एक अन्य आरोपी फखरुद्दीन को कोर्ट ने 27 अक्टूबर को बरी कर दिया था। सजा सुनाते हुए एनआईए कोर्ट ने माना कि पूरे देश में आतंकी घटना कर दहशत फैलाने के लिए इन आतंकियों ने बड़े पैमाने पर संगठित होकर साजिश रची और देश के खिलाफ देशद्रोह कर बेकसूर लोगों की हत्या की। इन आतंकियों द्वारा किए गए अपराध को कोर्ट ने रेयर ऑफ द रेयरेस्ट माना है। इन्होंने 27 अक्टूबर 2013 को पटना के गांधी मैदान में आयोजित भाजपा की हुंकार रैली में सीरियल ब्लास्ट किये गये थे। तब मंच पर वर्तमान नरेंद्र मोदी मौजूद थे। वह उस समय भाजपा की ओर से प्रधानमंत्री के घोषित उम्मीदवार थे।
एनआईए कोर्ट ने मारे गए सभी छह मृतकों के आश्रितों को अपराधिक क्षतिपूर्ति अधिनियम के तहत मुआवजा भी देने का निर्देश जिला विधिक प्राधिकार को दिया है। घटना में राजेश कुमार, बिन्देश्वरी चौधरी, भरत रंजन, मुन्ना श्रीवास्तव, राजनारायण सिंह व गुड्डू कुमार सिंह की मौत हो गई थी और 89 लोग जख्मी हो गए थे।
दरअसल, 27 अक्टूबर 2021 को ही एनआईए कोर्ट ने 250 पेज में आतंकियों को दोषी करार का फैसला दिया था। एनआईए ने इस कांड में 187 अभियोजन गवाह पेश किये थे। कोर्ट ने 9 पेज और 18 बिन्दुओं पर फैसला दिया। सजा सुनाने के दौरान कोर्ट में एनआईए के स्पेशल पीपी लल्लन प्रसाद सिन्हा, मनोज कुमार सिंह और लोक अभियोजक प्रमोद कुमार मौजूद थे।बता दें कि गांधी मैदान और पटना जंक्शन पर सीरियल बम ब्लास्ट 27 अक्टूबर 2013 को हुआ था। इस घटना में छह लोगों की मौत हो गई थी और 89 लोग घायल हुए थे। आठ साल बाद इस मामले में फैसला आया है। बुधवार को कोर्ट ने मुख्य छह आरोपित को देशद्रोह, आपराधिक साजिश, हत्या, हत्या का प्रयास, यूएपीए एक्ट की धारा में दोषी करार दिया था। अन्य तीन दोषी पाए गए। एक को कोर्ट ने साक्ष्य के अभाव में बरी कर दिया।
नरेंद्र मोदी की हुंकार रैली के दौरान गांधी मैदान सीरियल बम ब्लास्ट की साजिश रांची और रायपुर में रची गई थी। इसका रिहर्सल भी किया था। बोधगया में सात जुलाई 2013 को ब्लास्ट के बाद ही पटना के गांधी मैदान में ब्लास्ट की योजना इंडियन मुजाहिद्दीन के जिहादियों ने बनाई थी। बोधगया ब्लास्ट का मास्टरमाइंड हैदर अली और मोजिबुल्लाह थे। बोधगया बम ब्लास्ट में हैदर ने बौद्धभिक्षु बनकर बम प्लांट किये थे। गांधी मैदान में मोदी की रैली में ब्लास्ट को अंजाम देने के लिए आतंकियों ने विस्फोटक पदार्थ का जुगाड़ कर रांची में जमा किया।घटना को अंजाम देने के लिए आठ आतंकी सुबह में ही बस के जरिए रांची से पटना पहुंचे थे। अपनी योजना के अनुसार अलग-अलग होकर काम करने लगे। इस बीच पटना जंक्शन के प्लेटफार्म नंबर दस के शौचालय में मानव बम बनते समय एक विस्फोट हो गया। इसमें एक आतंकी की मौत हो गई थी। पटना जंक्शन पर ब्लास्ट करते समय पकड़े गए मो. इम्तियाज से पूछताछ में रांची से तार जुड़े मिले। इसके बाद एनआईए ने रांची के हिंदपीढ़ी और सीठियो में छापेमारी की थी। इसके अलावा रायपुर में भी आरोपितों ने प्रशिक्षण लिया था। रायपुर से ही उमर सिद्दकी और अजहरूद्दीन की गिरफ्तारी हुई थी। यही पर नरेंद्र मोदी को निशाना बनाकर विस्फोट करने की योजना बनी थी। रांची में इसे अंजाम देने की कार्ययोजना बनी।
गांधी मैदान सीरियल बम ब्लास्ट और बोधगया ब्लास्ट मामले का मुख्य साजिकर्ता आतंकी मो. हैदर को रांची मॉड्यूल का इंचार्ज बनाया गया था। उसे ही जवाबदेही दी गयी थी कि वह कुछ और युवकों को जोड़कर मॉड्यूल तैयार करे। हैदर इस सिलसिले में तेजी से काम कर रहा था। 24 मई 2014 को हैदर, मजबुल्ला रांची से और नुमान और तौकीर पलामू से पकड़े गए थे। रिमांड पर लिए गए हैदर और मजबुल्ला से जब पूछताछ की गयी तो इन सबों ने बड़े खुलासे किए। एनआईए की टीम दोनों को लेकर रांची पहुंची। उसी की निशानदेही पर बम बरामद हुए और कर्बला इलाके में पड़े छापा में एक व्यक्ति के यहां से सर्किट मिला था।
