– हत्या के बाद आरोपी ने की शव को जलाने की कोशिश, नाले मे छिपे आरोपी को पुलिस ने दबोचा
भोपाल। राजधानी के अरेरा हिल्स थाना इलाके में कबाड़ी का काम करने वाले युवक की पचास रुपये वापस मांगने को लेकर गुस्साये आरोपी द्वारा हथौड़ी मारकर हत्या किये जाने ओर फिर उसकी लाश को जलाने की कोशिश किये जाने की सनसनीखेज घटना सामने आई है। पुलिस ने आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। थाना पुलिस से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार भीम नगर बस्ती मजार के सामने, बल्लभ भवन में रहने वाला 23 वर्षीय बबलू खान पुत्र अनवर खान कबाड़ बेचने-खरीदने का काम करता था। परिवार मे वो चार भाईयों में सबसे छोटा था, ओर उससे छोटी एक बहन है। बब्लू फेरी लगाकर कबाड़ा खरीदने का काम करता था। झुग्गी नंबर 52, चैहत्तर बंगला के पास रहने वाला 44 साल का आरोपी कन्हैया रैकवार पन्नी और कबाड़ा बीनने का काम करता है।
उसके परिवार मे पत्नी और 5 लड़कियां हैं। कन्हैया अपना सामान बब्लू को बेचता था, जिसके चलते वो एक दूसरे से परिचित थे। शनिवार शाम को बब्लू फेरी लगाते हुए कन्हैया के घर पहुचां था, जहॉ कन्हैया ने अपना कबाड़ा बब्लू को बेचा। कबाड़े के साढ़े चार सौ रुपये हुए, जिसपर बब्लू ने उसे पॉच सौ रुपये का नोट देकर पचास रुपये वापस लौटाने को कहा। कन्हैया रुपए लौटाना नहीं चाहता था, इसलिये उसने बब्लू से कहा की बचे हुए पैसै बाद में आकर ले जाना। कन्हैया का लेन-देन ठीक न होने के कारण बब्लू ने उससे कहा की उसे भी पैसै की जरुरत है, इसलिये वो पचास रुपए अभी दे, नहीं तो नोट वापस कर दे वो उसे खुल्ले कराकर पैसे दे देगा। इस बात से कन्हैया को गुस्सा आ गया ओर उसने विवाद करना शुरु कर दिया। बब्लू ने जब उसका विरोध करते हुए पैसै उसी समय देने की बात कही। आरोपी ने गुस्से मे उसे घर के अंदर बुलाया और हथौड़ी उठाकर पूरी ताकत से उसके सिर पर तीन-चार वार कर दिए। सिर मे घातक वार होने के कारण बब्लू की मौके पर ही मौत हो गई। हत्या के बाद आरोपी ने सबूत मिटाने के लिए शव को जलाने का प्रयास करते हुए लाश के ऊपर ओर आसपास कबाड़ा, कपड़े और पन्नी डालकर आग लगा दी। हालांकि आग ठीक से नहीं लग सकी और कन्हैया फरार हो गया था, लेकिन शव का एक हाथ आग की चपेट मे आकर झुलस गया था। वहीं बब्लू के वापस न लौटने पर परिवार वालो ने उसे फोन लगाया। उसके भाई शमशेर का कहना है की बाद मे सूचना मिलने पर वो कन्हैया के घर पहुचें जहॉ आसपास के लोगो ने उन्हे सारी बात बताई। सूचना मिलने पर पहुचीं पुलिस ने बबलू का शव अधजली हालत में बरामद कर पीएम के लिये भेज दिया। परिवार वालो का आरोप है की कन्हैया ने बब्लू की जेब मे रखे करीब 15 हजार रुपये भी निकाल लिये थे। अधिकारियो ने बताया की सनसनीखेज हत्याकांड मे फरार आरोपी की गिरफ्तारी के लिये दो दर्जन पुलिसकर्मियों की टीम बनाई गई थी। पुलिस ने 12 घंटे की लगातार मशक्कत के बाद आरोपी कन्हैया को दबोच लिया। पुलिस को जानकारी हाथ लगी की कन्हैया रायसेन का रहने वाला है, और हत्या के बाद वह रायसेन भागने की कोशिश कर सकता है। अनुमान के आधार पर पुलिस ने रायसने जाने वाले वाहनो पर भी नजर रखी। पुलिस का अनुमान सटीक निकला ओर आरोपी पुलिस से बचने के लिए बस में बैठकर रायसेन की तरफ भाग रहा था। उसकी सरगर्मी से तलाश मे जुटी पुलिस टीमो ने रविवार तड़के बिलखिरिया इलाके मे गिरफ्तार करते हुए वो हथौड़ी भी बरामद कर ली जिससे उसने हत्या की है। पुलिस ने मृतक के शव को पोस्टमार्टम के बाद परिवार वालो को सौंप दिया। बताया गया है की हत्या के आरोपी कन्हैया पर पूर्व में हत्या का मुकदमा दर्ज हो चुका है, साल 2014 में भी टीटी नगर पुलिस ने उसे हत्या की कोशिश के आरोप में गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेजा था।
