रेण्डमली मतदान किटो की समाग्री की जांच और कर ली जाये ताकि मतदान के दिन किसी प्रकार कोई कमी न हो:समन्वयक नोडल अभिषेक रूहेला
रूद्रपुर (सू.वि.)- समन्वयक नोडल अभिषेक रूहेला व नोडल कार्मिक मनीष कुमार ने पंतनगर गॉधी हॉल में सभी नोडल अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक कर निर्वाचन व्यवस्थाओं की समीक्षा की। उन्होने सभी नोडल अधिकारियों निर्देश दिये कि मतदान से पूर्व सभी व्यवस्थायें सुनिश्चित कर ली जाये।
बैठक में ईवीएम नोडल ने बताया कि सभी ईवीएम मशीनों की कमीशनिंग पूर्ण हो चुकी है व सभी सहायक निर्वाचन अधिकारियों द्वारा विधानसभावार ईवीएम मशीने मतदान हेतु तैयार कर सील कर दी गयी है। उन्होने बताया कुछ सीयू, बीयू व वीवीपैट कमीशनिंग के दौरान खराब पायी गयी इसलिए रिजर्व मशीने सहायक निर्वाचन अधिकारी को रेंडमाईजेशन कर उपलब्ध करायी जा रही है जिनकी कमीशनिंग 15 अप्रैल को की जायेगी।
नोडल लेखन समाग्री भावना जोशी ने बताया कि 09 विधानसभाओं में 1465 बूथ है जिसके लिये निर्वाचन आयोग से प्राप्त सूची से मिलान कर 1700 मतदान किट तैयार कर लिये गये। जिसपर श्री रूहेला ने कहा कि रेण्डमली मतदान किटो की समाग्री की जांच और कर ली जाये ताकि मतदान के दिन किसी प्रकार कोई कमी न हो। उन्होने कहा कि पोलिंग पार्टिया रवानगी दिवस 18 अप्रैल को बगवाड़ा मंे भी स्टांल लगाया जाये ताकि कोई समाग्री कम होने पर तत्काल उपलब्ध करायी जा सकें। उन्होने जिला पूर्ति अधिकारी को निर्देश दिये कि सभी पेट्रोल में पर्याप्त मात्रा में ईधन रिजर्व रखे। जिला पूर्ति ने बताया कि सभी पेट्रोल पम्पों को निर्देशित कर दिया गया है कि निर्वाचन के दौरान पर्याप्त मात्रा में ईधन रिजर्व में रखेगें। उन्होने एआरटीओ को निर्देश दिये कि पोलिंग पार्टियों के अनुसार वाहनो को लगाये व वाहनो पर पोलिंग पार्टियों के नाम्बर भी चस्पा करें ताकि किसी को अनावश्यक इधर-उधर न भटकना पड़ें। उन्होने कहा कि रिजर्व में भी वाहनों को रखा जाये ताकि आवश्यकता पड़ने पर शीघ्र उपलब्ध करायी जा सकें। सहायक नोडल कार्मिक ने बताया कि जहां पर पिंक बूथ बनाये गये है उन बूथों पर सुरक्षा कर्मी सहित मतदान हेतु महिला कार्मिको की तैनाती की गयी है।
नोडल कार्मिक ने निर्देश दिये कि दिव्यांग व वृद्धजनो को मतदान बूथ तक लाने के लिये वॉलंटियर लगाये जाये साथ ही सुविधा वाहन लगाये जाये। उन्होने नोडल पीडीएमएस को मतदान दिवस पर हर दो घंटे मतदान प्रतिशत का डाटा तैयार करने हेतु पर्याप्त कम्पूटर सेट व कार्मिक तैनात करने के निर्देश भी दिये। उन्होने नोडल वेबकास्टिंग को मतदान से पूर्व ड्राईरन करने को कहा।
बैठक में नोडल आरडी पालिवाल, बीएस चलाल, टीएस मर्तोलिया, नरेश चन्द्र दुर्गापाल, डॉ0 मनोज कुमार शर्मा, केएस रावत, श्याम आर्या, नफील जीमल, भूपेन्द्र सिंह रावत, नोडल पुलिस चन्द्रशेखर घोड़के सहित समस्त नोडल अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
