काशीपुर। आईटीआई थाना क्षेत्र में पुलिस ने लुटेरी दुल्हन गैंग के सदस्यों को दुल्हन सहित गिरफ्तार कर पूरे मामले का खुलासा पुलिस कप्तान ने किया। इस पूरे मामले में लुटेरी दुल्हन का पति और मां समेत अन्य साथी उसका इस पूरे मामले में साथ दिया करते थे।
वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक डॉ. मंजूनाथ टीसी उधम सिंह नगर ने मामले का खुलासा करते हुए बताया कि राजस्थान के जनपद झुंझुन्नु उदयपुर वाटी थाना गुढ़ागौड़ के ग्राम हसलसार निवासी अवतार सिंह उर्फ अतुल पुत्र महावीर सिंह ने आईअीआई थाना पुलिस को तहरीर देकर बताया कि 19 सितंबर को उसने गूलरभोज निवासी रिया पुत्री प्रेम सिंह के साथ श्रीमाधोपुर जिला सीकर राजस्थान में शादी की थी। शादी एक सप्ताह के अंदर बीती 25 सितंबर की रात रिया जेवरात व पचास हजार की नकदी लेकर फरार हो गई। उसके बाद जब उसने बिचौलिया जयपुर के चौमु निवासी बिचौलिया पंकज पुत्र बु( सिंह से इसके बावत बताया तो उसने कहा कि रिया का असली नाम सुहानी पुत्री चौखेलाल है। वह थाना काशीपुर स्थित आईटीआई थाना क्षेत्र के ग्राम हिम्मतपुर की रहने वाली है। रिया पहले से ही शादीशुदा है तथा उसके पति का नाम बाबू है। बताया कि उसने पति समेत मां रेखा, सिमरन, राजेन्द्र सिंह उर्फ राजू, अनूप तिवारी, पाल कौर, प्रवीण कुमार उर्फ रामवीर उर्फ ठाकुर के साथ मिलकर धोखेधड़ी से शादी की है। इन लोगों उसे बताया था कि रिया के माता पिता का बचपन में ही देहान्त हो गया था। इस दौरान इन्होंने विवाह के सामान आदि के बहाने उससे 95 हजार रूपये खाते में डलवा लिये तथा 70 हजार रूपये नकद लिये। कहा कि रिया उर्फ सुहानी के साथ अनूप तिवारी, पाल कौर, राजू, प्रवीण कुमार उर्फ रामबाबू, सिमरन, पंकज व रिया का पति बाबू ने षड़यंत्र के तहत विवाह करवाया है। पुलिस ने तहरीर के आधार पर सभी आरोपियों के खिलाफ धारा 120बी, 417, 420, 468, 471 आईपीसी में नामजद मुकदमा दर्ज कर एसएसपी के आदेशानुसार पुलिस अधीक्षक तथा पुलिस उपाधीक्षक के निर्देशानुसार प्रभारी निरीक्षक आईटीआई आशुतोष सिंह के नेतृत्व में टीम गठित की। पुलिस टीम ने मंगलवार को हिम्मतपुर से अभियुक्त गण सुहानी उर्फ रिया, रेखा पत्नी चोखेलाल, सिमरन उर्फ सुखविन्दर कौर, राजेन्द्र सिंह उर्फ राजू, बाबू पुत्र जागन लाल, पंकज पुत्र बु( सिंह को गिरफ्तार कर लिया। अभियुक्त अनूप तिवारी पुत्र हरिशंकर निवासी जालौन उप्र, प्रवीण कुमार उर्फ रामवीर उर्फ ठाकुर, पाल कौर पत्नी प्रेम सिंह निवासी गुलरभोज थाना गदरपुर फरार है। पुलिस की पूछताछ में आरोपी ने बताया कि सुहानी पुत्री चोखेलाल ने सिमरन उर्फ सुखविन्दर कौर अपने पति बाबू पुत्र जागन लाल, राजू उर्फ राजेन्द्र पुत्र सतनाम सिंह, पंकज तिवारी, प्रवीण कुमार, पाल कौर के साथ मिलकर योजना बनाकर धोखाधड़ी करने की नियत से फर्जी दस्तावेज बनाकर झूठी शादी रचाई तथा मौका मिलते ही सुहानी उर्फ रिया वादी के घर से कुछ जेवर व पचास हजार रूपये लेकर वापस भाग आयी। इस सारे षड़यन्त्र में सुहानी उर्फ रिया की मां रेखा भी शामिल रही, किसी भी कानूनी पचड़े से बचने के लिए मां रेखा ने अपने पति चौखेलाल की तरफ से सुहानी की थाना आईटीआई में झूठी गुमशुदगी दर्ज करा दी। पुलिस गिरफ्तार किये गये आरोपियों को कोर्ट के समक्ष पेश करने की तैयारी कर रही है। पुलिस टीम में आशुतोष कुमार सिंह प्रभारी निरीक्षक थाना आईटीआई, उनि राकेश राय, विजय सिंह, कांस्टेबल जितेन्द्र नेगी, उमेश तोमक्याल, वीरेन्द्र राणा, कुलदीप सिंह एसओजी विनय कुमार, प्रदीप कुमार गिरीश काण्डपाल, भूपेन्द्र आर्या -पुष्पा माल्यान, मनीषा आदि रहे।
