काशीपुर। पुलिस ने चोरी की दो घटनाओं को खुलासा करते हुए यूपी निवासी एक युवक को गिरफ्तार करने के साथ ही चोरी का माल भी बरामद किया है।
एसपी अभय सिंह ने बताया कि 23 मई को ग्राम मिस्सरवाला निवासी मौहम्मद असलम पुत्र अली मौहम्मद की तहरीर पर अज्ञात के खिलाफ ई-रिक्शा की बैटरी चोरी करने के आरोप में धारा 379 आईपीसी के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया था। वहीं अगले दिन 24 मई को मिस्सरवाला के ही नाजिम पुत्र जामिन हसन की तहरीर पर घर से दो एण्ड्रॉयड मोबाईल चोरी जाने के मामले में धारा 380 आईपीसी के तहत अज्ञात के खिलाफ मुकदमा लिखा गया था। एसपी ने बताया कि केस दर्ज करने के उपरांत प्रभारी निरीक्षक थाना कुण्डा के नेतृत्व में तीन पुलिस टीमांे का गठन किया गया। उक्त टीमों ने एसओजी के सहयोग से छानबीन शुरू की। साथ ही मुखबिर की भी मदद ली गई। एसपी के मुताबिक मुखबिर की सूचना पर राशिद पुत्र बंुदु शाह निवासी रेहड़ जिला बिजनौर को चोरी किया गया ई-रिक्शा का बैटरा, दो एण्ड्रॉयड मोबाईल तथा अन्य जगहों से चोरी किये गये नौ अन्य महंगे एण्ड्रॉयड मोबाइल के साथ मिस्सरवाला मोड़ के निकट एक विवाह मण्डप के सामने से गिरफ्तार किया गया। बरामद बैटरा व 11 एण्ड्रॉयड मोबाईल फोन की कीमत करीब ढाई लाख रुपये है। पुलिस के मुताबिक राशिद शातिर किस्म का चोर है तथा स्मैक का नशा करता है और नशा करने के लिये वह रात्रि में दबे पांव घरो में घुसकर सोे रहे लोगों के बीच से बड़ी चालाकी से मोबाईल, नगदी ब अन्य सामान चोरी कर लेता है तथा चोरी किये गये सामान को अफजलगढ़ व धामपुर में सस्ते दामो में बेच देता है। अभियुुक्त रेहड़ का हिस्ट्रीशीटर है। उसके खिलाफ कई मुकदमें दर्ज हैं। पुलिस टीम में कुण्डा थाना प्रभारी दिनेश सिंह फर्त्याल, उपनिरीक्षक मनोहर चन्द्र, कांस्टेबल त्रिलोक सिंह, कैलाश काला, चन्द्र शेखर भट्ट व संजय कुमार तथा एसओजी कांस्टेबल कैलाश तोम्क्याल और दीपक कठैत शामिल रहे।
