काशीपुर। नैनीताल हाईकोर्ट के आदेश पर काशीपुर एसडीएम और तहसीलदार ने मौका मुआयना करके जमीन की रिकवरी कराई ह ै। बता दें कि जसपुर खुर्द स्थित ग्राम उज्जैन में गिरीताल रोड निवासी ओम प्रकाश अग्रवाल पुत्र मुरारी लाल अग्रवाल ने वर्ष 2014 में 0.101 हे0 भूमि का बैनामा कराया था। जिसका दाखिल खारिज होने के बाद उपजिलाधिकारी द्वारा 143 घोषित है। पीड़ित ओम प्रकाश अग्रवाल द्वारा उक्त भूमि पर निर्माण कार्य कराने के दौरान नगर निगम काशीपुर ने रोक लगा दी थी। नगर निगम का दावा था कि उक्त रकबा सरकारी भूमि है। जिस पर साल 2019 में पीड़ित ओम प्रकाश अग्रवाल ने नैनीताल हाईकोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाया था कि उनकी जमीन पर नगर निगम निर्माण कार्य नहीं होने दे रहा है। हाईकोर्ट में सुनवाई के दौरान पीड़ित ने अपने साक्ष्य कोर्ट में पेश किए। नगर निगम से मांगे गए साक्ष्य पर संबंधित अधिकारियों ने शपथ पत्र दिया कि उक्त रकबा सरकारी भूमि नहीं है। जिस पर दोनों पक्ष के अधिवक्ताओं की बहस को सुनते हुए हाईकोर्ट ने 2 जनवरी 2022 को अपना निर्णय दिया तथा आदेश दिया कि वादी उक्त भूमि की पैमाइस 41 करा सकता है। साथ ही हाईकोर्ट ने आदेश पारित किया कि क्रेता ओम प्रकाश की भूमि का रकबा पूरा किया जाएगा। यही नहीं हाईकोर्ट ने काशीपुर एसडीएम और तहसीलदार को उक्त भूमि का सीमांकन करने का आदेश दिया। हाईकोर्ट के आदेश पर एसडीएम और तहसीलदार ने मौके पर मुआयना करते हुए उक्त भूमि को चिंहित किया। एसडीएम अभय प्रताप सिंह ने बताया कि हाईकोर्ट के आदेश का पालन करते हुए टीम गठित करके ग्राम उज्जैन में खसरा नंबर 44 मी. 0.101 हे0 भूमि का सीमांकन कराया गया।
