116 समस्याएं जिलाधिकारी के समक्ष रखी, अधिकांश शिकायतों का मौके पर हुआ निराकरण
देहरादून। जिलाधिकारी सविन बसंल की अध्यक्षता में प्रत्येक सोमवार की भांति इस सोमवार को भी क्लेक्ट्रेट सभागार में जनता दरवार लगाकर जन समस्याएं सुनी गई। जनता दरबार में पहुंचे अधिकांश फरियादियों ने भूमि और घरेलू विवाद के मामले प्रमुखता से रखे। इसके अतिरिक्त मुआवजा, आर्थिक सहायता, सड़क, पेयजल, एमडीडीए, नगर निगम, पुलिस, परिवहन, शिक्षा, रोजगार आदि से जुड़ी 116 समस्याएं जिलाधिकारी के समक्ष रखी। जिसमें से अधिकांश शिकायतों का जिलाधिकारी ने मौके पर निराकरण किया। जनसुनवाई में अरूण कुमार गोयल ने शिकायत की अेलमेड अस्पताल और उसके डॉक्टरों द्वारा झूठी डीओपीआर, झूठी जांच परीक्षण रिपोर्टो द्वारा मिली भगत से राज्य स्वास्थ्य प्राधिकरण देहरादून से झूठा बिल भुगतान प्राप्त किया है। मुख्य चिकित्साधिकारी देहरादून की जांच आख्या में वेलमेड अस्पताल के फर्जीवाडे के तथ्य उदघटित हुए हैं। उन्होनें डीएम ने से दोषियों को दण्ड देने का अनुरोध किया। जिस पर डीएम ने अपर जिलाधिकारी वित्त एंव राजस्व, को कार्यवाही के निर्देश सीएमओ से मांगी रिपोर्ट मांगते हुए क्लीनिकल एस्टेबलिश एक्ट के अन्तर्गत कार्यवाही के निर्देश दिए। बुजुर्ग रमेश चन्द्र सकलानी अपनी शिकायत में बताया कि 1 वर्ष से दुरूस्तीवाद के लिए चक्कर काट रहे हैं किन्तु समाधान नही हो पाया जिस पर डीएम ने एसडीएम को जल्द वाद निस्तारित करने के निर्देश दिए।
विधवा यशोदा ने डीएम से गुहार लगाई कि उनके पति ने 2014 में बैंक से 10 लाख लोन लिया था उनके पति की वर्ष 2020 में मृत्यु हो गई है पति ने अपनी मृत्यु से पहले तक 3 लाख धनराशि की किश्त जमा करा दी थी बैंक रजिस्ट्री नही लौटा रहा तथा बैंक द्वारा उनको नोटिस दिये जा रहे हैं तथा सम्पति कुर्क करने का दबाव बनाया जा रहा है उनके द्वारा रिश्तेदारों की सहायता से 9.30 लाख सहित कुल 12.30 लाख भी जमा कर दिए हैं बैंक द्वारा लगभग 7 लाख जमा करने का नोटिस दिया गया है जिस पर डीएम ने डीसीबी प्रभारी अधिकारी एसीआर को आख्या प्रस्तुत करने के निर्देश के साथ डीसीबी के प्रबन्धक को तलब किया है।
विकासखण्ड चकराता की ग्राम पंचायत निवासी पूरण सिंह ने फरियाद लगाई कि मेरा गांव मेरी सड़क योजना अन्तर्गत बनी सड़क बारिश से क्षतिग्रस्त हो गई हैं सुधार की मांग की जिस पर डीएम ने जिला विकास अधिकारी को जांच एवं तत्काल एक्शन के निर्देश दिए। इसी प्रकार विकासखण्ड चकराता के ग्राम पंचायत भटाड़-छौटाड़ निवासी दिनेश नौटियाल ने गुहार लगाई कि आपदा से आवासी मकान क्षतिग्रस्त हो रहा है जिस पर डीएम ने जिला विकास अधिकारी को कार्यवाह के साथ ही आपदा मद से कार्य के निर्देश दिए।
नकरौंदा निवासी 85 वर्षीय बुजुर्ग महिला ने अपने बच्चों पर पालन पोषण न करने और शोषण करने की शिकायत पर जिलाधिकारी ने एसडीएम सदर को तत्काल जांच कर रिपोर्ट उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश दिए। वहीं सेना रिटायर 76 वर्षीय बुजुर्ग ने अपने बेटी के पति से जान माल की सुरक्षा की गुहार लगाई। जिस पर एसडीएम को तत्काल कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए गए। ग्राम सकनाई भंगार निवासी ठेगा ने डीएम से गुहार लगाई कि उनकी बहु व पोते आयुष का कुछ पता नही है पुलिस रिपोर्ट नही लिख रही है जिस पर डीएम उप जिलाधिकारी चकराता को निर्देश आज ही प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराते हुए अवगत कराने के निर्देश दिए। वहीं दो अन्य प्रकरण में एमडीडीए द्वारा अवैध निर्माण पर कार्यवाही न किये जाने की शिकायत पर जिलाधिकारी ने एमडीडीए के अधिकारियों से समाधान का समय लिखवाया एक सप्ताह के भीतर कार्यवाही के निर्देश दिए जिस पर एमडीडीए के अधिकारियों ने लिखित रूप से एक सप्ताह के भीतर कार्यवाही कर आख्या प्रस्तुत करने को कहा।
बुजुर्ग महिला शबाना परवीन ने बैक से लिए गया 13.50 लाख का ऋण माफ करने की गुहार लगाते हुए बताया कि उनके पति का आकस्मिक निधन हो गया है। पति ने मकान के लिए बैंक से ऋण लिया था। लेकिन परिवार की आर्थिक स्थिति ठीक न होने के कारण वो ऋण अदा करने में असमर्थ है। इस डीएम ने एलडीएम को जांच कर 10 अगस्त तक आख्या उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश दिए है। भीम बहादुर की पशु पालन के लिए ऋण न दिए जाने की शिकायत पर जिलाधिकारी ने एलडीएम को तत्काल कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए।
बद्रीश कलोनी कल्याण समिति के अध्यक्ष ने बद्रीश कॉलोनी की विभिन्न समस्याएं रखी। बताया कि बद्रीश कॉलोनी के वन क्षेत्र को बचाने के लिए तार-बाड कर घेराबंदी की जानी नितांत आवश्यक है। कॉलोनी के भीतरी मार्ग पर स्पीड ब्रेकर लगाने और कॉलोनी में बडी संख्या में आवारा कुत्तों की समस्या रखी। शिवलोक विकास समिति के अध्यक्ष ने आपराधिक घटनाओं का हवाला देते हुए शिवलोक कॉलोनी के प्रवेश पर एक गेट निर्माण और सीसीटीवी कैमरा लगाने की मांग रखी। कैलाशपुर के क्षेत्रवासियों ने क्षेत्र से गुजर रहे नाले को चैडा एवं सुरक्षा की दृष्टिगत नाले को कवर करने की मांग पर नगर निगम को शीघ्र इसका प्रस्ताव तैयार करने को कहा।
