देहरादून। सूबे में शीघ्र ही नेशनल कामिशन फॉर एलाइड एंड हेल्थकेयर प्रोफेशन एक्ट के तहत स्टेट एलाइड एंड हेल्थकेयर काउंसिल का गठन किया जायेगा। इसके लिये विभागीय अधिकारियों को शीघ्र प्रस्ताव तैयार कर राज्य कैबिनेट में प्रस्तुत करने के निर्देश दे दिये गये हैं। जिसके गठन के उपरांत राज्य में स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की गुणवत्ता में सुधार के साथ ही चिकित्सा क्षेत्र में क्रांतिकारी बदलाव आयेगा। सूबे के चिकित्सा स्वास्थ्य एवं चिकित्सा शिक्षा मंत्री डा. धन सिंह रावत ने आज सचिवालय स्थित वीर चन्द्र सिंह गढ़वाली सभागार में स्वास्थ्य विभाग की समीक्षा बैठक ली। जिसमें उन्होंने नेशनल कामिशन फॉर एलाइड एंड हेल्थकेयर प्रोफेशन एक्ट तहत राज्य में स्टेट एलाइड एंड हेल्थकेयर काउंसिल के शीघ्र गठन के निर्देश अधिकारियों को दिये। जिसमें अध्यक्ष सहित कुल 30 सदस्य होंगे। जिनमें सात पूर्णकालिक व 22 अंशकालिक सदस्य रहेंगे। डा. रावत ने कहा कि राज्य में उक्त काउंसिल के गठन से जहां एक ओर स्वास्थ्य क्षेत्र में सुधार आयेगा वहीं समयबद्ध स्वास्थ्य व्यवसायियों के लिये नये अवसर पैदा होंगे। इसके अलावा पैरामेडिकल क्षेत्रों में भी उच्च गुणवत्ता वाली सेवाएं सुनिश्चित की जा सकेंगी। इसके साथ ही प्रदेशभर के सभी चिकित्सा व्यवसायियों को परिषद में पंजीकरण कराना होगा तथा चिकित्सा शिक्षण संस्थानों को स्थापना से पूर्व परिषद की अनुमति लेनी अनिवार्य होगी।
विभागीय मंत्री ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड को टीबी मुक्त बनाने के दृष्टिगत सूबे के घनी आबादी वाले पांच जनपदों में घर-घर अभियान चला कर टीबी रोग की जांच कराई जायेगी। इसके लिये विभागीय अधिकारियों को रोड़मैप तैयार करने के निर्देश दे दिये गये हैं। इसी प्रकार मानसून सीजन को देखते हुये प्रदेश के संभावित जनपदों में डेंगू एवं अन्य जल जनित रोगों के रोकथाम के लिये विशेष अभियान चलाकर आम लोगों को जागरूक किया जायेगा। जिसके लिये सभी जनपदों के मुख्य चिकित्साधिकारियों व नोडल अधिकारियों को निर्देशित कर दिया गया है। इसके अलावा उन्होंने जिला अस्पतालों एवं उप जिला अस्पतालों में स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं सुदृढ़ करने के निर्देश भी अधिकारियों को दिये। जिसके तहत जिला अस्पतालों में विशेषज्ञ चिकित्सकों की टीम सहित आवश्यक चिकित्सकीय उपकरण सीटी स्कैन, अल्ट्रासाउंड, एक्सरे, ईसीज, पैथौलाॅजी की उचित व्यवस्था करने को कहा है। इसके अलावा उप जिला चिकित्सालयों में भी स्वीकृत पदो ंके सापेक्ष डाॅक्टर्स एवं पैरामेडिकल स्टॉफ के साथ ही अल्ट्रासाउंड व एक्सरे मशीन की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिये। बैठक में कुलपति उत्तराखंड मेडिकल यूनिवर्सिटी प्रो0 डा0 एम.एल. ब्रह्म भट्ट, सचिव स्वास्थ्य डा. आर. राजेश कुमार, अपर सचिव स्वास्थ्य आनंद श्रीवास्तव, अमनदीप कौर, नमामि बंसल, महानिदेशक डा. तारा आर्य, निदेशक चिकित्सा स्वास्थ्य डा. आशुतोष सयाना, निदेशक स्वास्थ्य सुनीता टम्टा, अपर निदेशक डा. आर.एस. बिष्ट, डा. अमित शुक्ला, डा. ए.के. जौहरी, डा. तुहिन कुमार, डा. राजन अरोड़ा सहित अन्य विभागीय अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
