लखनऊ। यूपी में उच्च शिक्षा के साथ माध्यमिक स्तर पर राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति 2020 को लागू करने की प्रक्रिया तेजी से चल रही है। अब सरकार ने प्रदेश में कक्षा एक में प्रवेश की न्यूनतम आयु छह वर्ष तय कर दी है। इसके लिए विस्तृत दिशा-निर्देश जारी कर दिये हैं। सत्र 2023-24 में इसे लेकर थोड़ी राहत दी गई है, लेकिन अगले साल से सख्ती होगी।
शासन की ओर से जारी निर्देश में कहा गया है कि कक्षा एक में प्रवेश के लिए न्यूनतम आयु 6 साल तय की जाती है। वर्तमान में जिन छात्रों का कक्षा एक में प्रवेश हुआ है और उनकी आयु 5 से 6 साल के बीच है, उन्हें कक्षा एक में पढ़ाई की अनुमति दी जाएगी। इस आदेश के जारी होने के बाद होने वाले नामांकन में यह सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा कि कक्षा एक में उन्हीं बच्चों का नामांकन हो जो 32 जुलाई तक 6 वर्ष की उम्र पूरी कर रहे हैं।
इस संबंध में महानिदेशक स्कूल शिक्षा विजय किरन आनंद ने सभी बीएसए को पत्र जारी कर इस आदेश का अनुपालन सुनिश्चित कराने को कहा है। बता दें कि नए सत्र में कक्षा एक में प्रवेश नामांकन एक अप्रैल से शुरू हो गया है। यही वजह है कि नए सत्र में इस आदेश को बाध्यकारी नहीं है।
