मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के निर्देश पर औषधि विभाग की बड़ी कार्रवाई
देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के ष्नशामुक्त उत्तराखंडष् अभियान को सखघ््ती से लागू करते हुए खाद्य संरक्षा एवं औषधि प्रशासन विभाग ने आज देहरादून में 5 थोक औषधि विक्रेताओं के परिसरों का औचक निरीक्षण किया। निरीक्षण के दौरान एक फर्म मौके पर बंद पाई गई, जिसे मकान मालिक की उपस्थिति में खोला गया। जांच के दौरान फर्म के भीतर मनः प्रभावी औषधियाँ अवैध रूप से भंडारित पाई गईं। चूंकि फर्म स्वामी मौके पर उपस्थित नहीं था, अतः नियमानुसार समस्त औषधियों को सील करते हुए क्रय-विक्रय पर रोक लगाई गई और फर्म को अग्रिम कार्रवाई हेतु सील कर दिया गया। डॉ. आर. राजेश कुमार ने कहा मुख्यमंत्री जी की मंशा के अनुरूप राज्य को नशामुक्त और औषधीय दुरुपयोग से मुक्त बनाना हमारी प्राथमिकता है। औषधि विभाग को निर्देशित किया गया है कि मियाद समाप्ति दवाओं, अवैध औषधि भंडारण और बिना लाइसेंस संचालन जैसे मामलों में बिल्कुल भी ढिलाई न बरती जाए। जो भी फर्में नियमों का उल्लंघन करती पाई जाएंगी, उनके विरुद्ध कठोर विधिक कार्रवाई की जाएगी। डॉ. आर. राजेश कुमार ने आगे कहा कि औषधि व्यापारियों को पहले भी मियाद समाप्त औषधियों के उचित निस्तारण के स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए जा चुके हैं, और विभाग इस दिशा में निरंतर कार्य कर रहा है। खाद्य संरक्षा एवं औषधि प्रशासन विभाग की औषधि निरीक्षकों की टीम ने सी-5 टर्नर रोड, देहरादून स्थित एक प्लॉट में मियाद समाप्त औषधियों के अवैध निस्तारण की सूचना पर छापेमारी की। मौके से फेंकी हुई औषधियाँ बरामद कर उन्हें तत्काल नष्ट किया गया, और इस कार्य में संलिप्त व्यक्तिध्फर्म की पहचान की जा रही है। जैसे ही संलिप्त पक्ष की पुष्टि होगी, उनके विरुद्ध कठोर दंडात्मक कार्यवाही की जाएगी। निरीक्षण टीम द्वारा मौके से तीन औषधियों के गुणवत्ता परीक्षण हेतु नमूने भी लिए गए हैं, जिन्हें प्रयोगशाला भेजा गया है। रिपोर्ट के आधार पर आवश्यक विधिक कार्रवाई की जाएगी। निरीक्षण दल में मानेंद्र सिंह राणा, औषधि निरीक्षक, देहरादून (टीम लीडर), विनोद जगुड़ी, औषधि निरीक्षक, निधि रतूड़ी, औषधि निरीक्षक शामिल रहे। जनपद हरिद्वार में वरिष्ठ औषधि निरीक्षक अनीता भारती ने टीम के साथ छापामार कार्रवाई करते हुए लगभग साढ़े तीन लाख ट्रामाडोल टैबलेट्स के निर्माण से पहले ही उसकी ए.पी.आई. सक्रिय औषधीय घटक) को जब्त कर लिया गया, जिससे एक बड़ी आपराधिक आपूर्ति श्रृंखला समय रहते रोकी जा सकी। इस सघन कार्रवाई के चलते पंजाब राज्य में सप्लाई हो रही ट्रामाडोल की बड़ी खेप भी जब्त की जा सकी। इसी क्रम में पंजाब पुलिस को अग्रिम सूचना देते हुए अनीता भारती द्वारा अपनी टीम के साथ हरिद्वार स्थित लूसेंट बायोटेक प्राइवेट लिमिटेड (स्नबमदज ठपवजमबी च्अज. स्जक.) में संयुक्त छापेमारी की गई। यह कार्रवाई उस महत्वपूर्ण सुराग के आधार पर की गई, जिसमें पंजाब में 70,000 ट्रामाडोल टैबलेट्स जब्त की गई थीं, जिनका निर्माण लूसेंट बायोटेक द्वारा किया गया था। उक्त टैबलेट्स से संबंधित जानकारियाँ एकत्र करने हेतु यह संयुक्त कार्रवाई अत्यंत आवश्यक थी। औषधि नियंत्रक उत्तराखंड के निर्देशन में राज्यभर में औषधि विक्रेताओं और विनिर्माताओं को मियाद समाप्त औषधियों का उचित और समयबद्ध निस्तारण सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश पहले ही जारी किए जा चुके हैं। विभाग द्वारा समय-समय पर निरीक्षण व सतर्कता अभियान नियमित रूप से जारी रहेंगे।
