काशीपुर। मारपीट व गालीगलौच कर जान से मारने की धमकी देने के आरोप में पुलिस ने चार युवकों के खिलाफ केस दर्ज किया है। मौहल्ला कटोराताल निवासी शमीम अहमद पुत्र हामिद हुसैन ने पुलिस में तहरीर देकर कहा कि उसका पुत्र वासिफ बीती 24 नवम्बर की शाम उदयराज फील्ड में लगा मेला देखने गया था कि वहां बाइक खड़ी करने को लेकर मझरा निवासी रानू से उसका विवाद हो गया। आरोप है कि कुछ देर बाद रानू ने फोन कर अपने साथी लक्की, सुफियान व सैफू निवासीगण मझरा को वहां बुला लिया और बुरी तरह मारपीट करते हुए जान से मारने की नीयत से लोहे की राॅड व डंडों से उस पर हमला बोल दिया और मरणासन अवस्था में छोड़कर फरार हो गये। सरकारी अस्पताल ले जाये जाने पर डाक्टर ने हालत गंभीर देख वासिफ को रैफर कर दिया। तहरीर के आधार पर पुलिस ने चारों आरोपियों के खिलाफ धारा 323, 504, 506 आईपीसी के तहत केस दर्ज कर लिया है।
