देहरादून। प्रदेश के पर्यटन, लोक निर्माण, सिंचाई, पंचायतीराज, ग्रामीण निर्माण, जलागम, धर्मस्व एवं संस्कृति मंत्री सतपाल महाराज की अध्यक्षता में श्री बद्रीनाथ-केदारनाथ मंदिर समिति की नियमावलियों पर चर्चा के साथ-साथ संस्कृति विभाग की समीक्षा बैठक और टिहरी झील प्रोजेक्ट की अभी तक की प्रगति की समीक्षा की गई। प्रदेश के पर्यटन मंत्री सतपाल महाराज की अध्यक्षता में सोमवार को गढ़ी कैण्ट स्थित पर्यटन विकास परिषद में श्री बद्रीनाथ-श्री केदारनाथ मंदिर समिति की नियमावलियों पर चर्चा करने के साथ-साथ संस्कृति विभाग द्वारा किए जा रहे कार्यों की समीक्षा करने के अलावा टिहरी झील प्रोजेक्ट की अभी तक की प्रगति की समीक्षा सहित तीन-तीन बैठकें कर अधिकारियों को समयबद्ध तरीके से गुणवत्तायुक्त कार्य करने के निर्देश दिये। उन्होंने सर्वप्रथम श्री बद्रीनाथ-श्री केदारनाथ मंदिर समिति की बैठक में प्रस्तावित कर्मचारी सेवा नियमावली पर चर्चा करने के साथ-साथ मंदिर समिति में कार्यरत हक-हकूकधाारियों, डिमरी, पुजारीगण, समालिया, भण्डारी आदि पदों के संबंधा में विचार किया गया। श्री बद्रीनाथ-केदारनाथ मंदिर समिति की बैठक के पश्चात संस्कृति मंत्री महाराज ने अधिाकारियों को संस्कृति विभाग में कलाकारों के लम्बित भुगतानों को शीघ्र करने और राजकीय मेलों को मिलने वाले अनुदान का भुगतान किए जाने के भी निर्देश दिए। पर्यटन मंत्री महाराज ने 7708.27 करोड की लागत से टिहरी झील के चारों ओर रिंगरोड हेतु फिजीबिलिटी, संरेखण, सर्वेक्षण, भूमि अधिग्रहण की अभी तक की प्रगति की भी समीक्षा की। बैठक के पश्चात श्री महाराज ने बताया कि टिहरी जलाशय के 42 वर्ग किलोमीटर क्षेत्रफल में चारों ओर सम मोटर मार्ग के निर्माण और मूलभूत सुविधाओं के विकास हेतु 234.60 किमी. रिंगरोड हेतु 214.60 किमी भूमि जिसकी अनुमानित लागत 124.96 करोड़ है का निर्माण किया जाएगा। जिससे जनपद के 173 गांव की लगभग 84000 आबादी प्रत्यक्ष रूप से लाभान्वित होगी। साथ ही चारधाम यात्रा पर आने वाले तीर्थ यात्री भी इस रिंग रोड का मुख्य व वैकल्पिक मार्ग के रूप में उपयोग कर सकेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रस्तावित रिंग रोड के निर्माण से टिहरी बांध जलाशय में जहां ढिशुम विधि से आने वाले पर्यटकों के लिए आसानी होगी, वहीं वर्ष भर जल किरण तथा साहसिक खेलों का आयोजन संभव हो पाएगा और सरकार को भी राजस्व की प्राप्ति होगी। पर्यटन मंत्री सतपाल महाराज ने बताया कि वर्तमान में फिजिबिलिटी सर्वेक्षण हेतु अनुबंध गठित का सर्वेक्षण कार्य किया जा रहा है परियोजना के कोठी से डोगरा चांटी सेतु तक के भाग पर उत्तराखंड पर्यटन निदेशालय देहरादून के द्वारा डीपीआर तैयार करने की कार्यवाही चल रही है। बैठक में बद्रीनाथ केदारनाथ मंदिर समिति के अधयक्ष अजेंद्र अजय, एसीओ पर्यटन युगल किशोर पंत, संस्कृति एवं धार्मस्व अनुभाग अधिाकारी नीरज मल, वित्त नियंत्रक पर्यटन जगत सिंह चैहान, संस्कृति निदेशक बीना भट्ट, वीडी सिंह, रमेश रावत और योगम्बर सिंह आदि मौजूद थे।
