नीति आयोग की शासी परिषद की दसवीं बैठक में मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने किया प्रतिभाग
देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने नई दिल्ली में प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित नीति आयोग की शासी परिषद की दसवीं बैठक में प्रतिभाग किया। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य में तेजी से हो रहे शहरीकरण के चलते शहरों में ड्रेनेज की समस्या एक गंभीर चुनौती बन चुकी है। उन्होंने अनुरोध किया कि इस समस्या के समाधान के लिए राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर टिकाऊ ड्रेनेज प्रणाली विकसित करने के लिए विशेष योजना बनाई जाए। मुख्यमंत्री ने “पीएम कृषि सिंचाई योजना“ की गाइडलाइन्स में लिफ्ट इरिगेशन को सम्मिलित करने का अनुरोध किया। उन्होंने कहा कि उत्तराखंड की विशिष्ट भौगोलिक परिस्थितियों के कारण वर्तमान में पर्वतीय क्षेत्र का मात्र 10 प्रतिशत भूभाग ही सिंचित हो पा रहा है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि वर्ष 2026 में उत्तराखंड में पर्वतीय महाकुंभ के रूप में प्रसिद्ध “मां नन्दा राजजात यात्रा“ तथा वर्ष 2027 में हरिद्वार में “कुंभ“ का आयोजन होना है। इन दोनों आयोजनों को “भव्य एवं दिव्य“ बनाने के लिए सहयोग मांगा। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि विकसित भारत के निर्माण में “डेमोग्राफिक डिविडेंड“ की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका है। इस लाभ को प्राप्त करने के लिए एक निश्चित समय सीमा में इसका दोहन करना आवश्यक है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड की जीडीपी में प्राथमिक सेक्टर का योगदान जहां मात्र 9.3 प्रतिशत है, वहीं इस कार्य में लगभग 45 प्रतिशत आबादी लगी है। इस समस्या को देखते हुए हमने प्रदेश के काश्तकारों को “लो वैल्यू एग्रीकल्चर“ की बजाए “हाई वैल्यू एग्रीकल्चर“ अपनाने के लिए प्रेरित करने के उद्देश्य से विभिन्न परियोजनाओं पर कार्य प्रारंभ किया है, जिनमें एप्पल मिशन, कीवी मिशन, ड्रैगन फ्रूट मिशन, मिलेट मिशन तथा सगंध कृषि को प्रोत्साहन शामिल है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री के सशक्त नेतृत्व में भारत वर्ष 2047 तक “विकसित एवं आत्मनिर्भर राष्ट्र बनने की दिशा में तेजी से आगे बढ़ रहा है। इस संकल्प को पूर्ण करने के लिए उत्तराखंड सरकार भी दृढ घ्संकल्पित होकर वित्तीय प्रबंधन और वित्तीय अनुशासन को ध्यान में रखते हुए कार्य कर रहे हैं। राज्य की अर्थव्यवस्था में पिछले तीन वर्षों में लगभग डेढ़ गुना की वृद्धि हुई है। वर्ष 2023-24 में नीति आयोग द्वारा जारी एसडीजी रैंकिंग में जहां हमारे राज्य ने प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त किया, वहीं इस वर्ष जारी हुई “केयरऐज रेटिंग रिपोर्ट“ में सुशासन एवं वित्तीय प्रबंधन के क्षेत्र में छोटे राज्यों की श्रेणी में हमें दूसरा स्थान प्राप्त हुआ है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड में आयोजित 38वें राष्ट्रीय खेलों में प्रधानमंत्री के नेट जीरो के विजन को ध्यान में रखते हुए “ग्रीन गेम्स“ की थीम पर आयोजित किया गया। इन खेलों में “इलैक्ट्रॉनिक्स वेस्ट“ सामग्री की “रीसाइक्लिंग“ से 4000 पदक तैयार किए। “सौर ऊर्जा“ के माध्यम से संपूर्ण ऊर्जा आवश्यकताओं की पूर्ति की गई। इस आयोजन में लगभग 4000 से 5000 टन कार्बन डाई ऑक्साइड के उत्सर्जन को रोकने में सफलता प्राप्त हुई। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री के मार्गदर्शन में “शीतकालीन यात्रा“ के सफल परिणाम सामने आये हैं। प्रधानमंत्री के हर्षिल और मुखबा की यात्रा से राज्य के पर्यटन क्षेत्र को काफी लाभ हुआ है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य में पर्यटकों को साहसिक पर्यटन, इको टूरिज्म और हाई-एंड टूरिज्म के माध्यम से आकर्षित करने के लिए वृहद नीति बनाकर जमीनी स्तर पर कार्य शुरू किये गये हैं। उत्तराखंड में नवाचार एवं प्रौद्योगिकी पर आधारित “सतत एवं समावेशी विकास“ पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जा रहा है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य में “जियोथर्मल ऊर्जा नीति“ शीघ्र लागू किया जायेगा। राज्य में “मुख्यमंत्री सौर स्वरोजगार योजना“ प्रारंभ की गई है। इस योजना के लाभार्थी प्रतिमाह एक लाख रूपए से अधिक की आमदानी प्राप्त कर रहे हैं।
