उत्तरकाशी। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने उत्तरकाशी में आयोजित दीदी भुली महोत्सव को सम्बोधित करते हुए कहा कि दीदी-भुलियों को आत्मनिर्भर व सशक्त बनाने हेतु सरकार कृतसंकल्प है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उत्तरकाशी गंगा और यमुना की लोक संस्कृति, विरासत और आस्था का संगम है। इस जिले में बाबा विश्वनाथ की धरती पर मातृशक्ति का जो स्नेह मिला, वह उनके जीवन में यादगार रहेगा। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि हमारी दीदी भुलियों के जीवन में आजीविका चलाने, बच्चों का लालन पालन करने जैसे कई कठिनाइयों को देखते हुए हमारी सरकार ने नौकरी में 30 फीसद आरक्षण दिया है। इसके अलावा महिला सशक्तिकरण को लेकर चलाई जा रही लखपति दीदी, मुख्यमंत्री स्वरोजगार योजना, एकल महिला सशक्तिकरण योजना, नन्दा गौरा योजना, ब्याज मुक्त लोन योजना समेत कई योजनाओं का लाभ दीदी भुलियों को मिल रहा है। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने ‘दीदी-भुली महोत्सव में भाग लेने आई हजारों महिलाओं को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में हमारी सरकार अंतिम छोर (हिस्से) तक बैठे अंतिम व्यक्ति तक विकास पहुंचाने में शिद्दत और संकल्प के साथ जुटे हुए हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि वे तब तक चैन से नहीं बैठेंगे, जब तक उत्तराखंड आदर्श राज्य न बन जाए। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राम मंदिर के निर्माण की सदियों से जो मनोकामना थी, वह 22 जनवरी को पूरी हो रही है। देवभूमि का सनातन स्वरूप बनाए रखने में हम प्रयासरत हैं। इस स्वरूप में किसी भी सूरत में बिगाड़ने नहीं दिया जाएगा। मुख्यमंत्री ने सिलक्यारा सुरंग में फंसे 41 लोगों को बचाने के लिए चले ऑपरेशन को कामयाब बनाने के लिए प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी सहित अफसरों की टीम से लेकर उत्तरकाशी और देश की जनता का आभार जताया। कहा कि सिलक्यारा ऑपरेशन पर देश और दुनिया की नजर थी। ऐसे में प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के मार्गदर्शन में सिलक्यारा ऑपरेशन को समय पर पूरा किया गया। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने जो मार्गदर्शन और समय समय पर जो मशीनरी और सहायता उपलब्ध कराई है, वह इस अभियान को कामयाब बनाने में महत्वपूर्ण थी। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उत्तरकाशी के लाल धान ने देशभर में दूसरा स्थान प्राप्त कर किसानों, अधिकारियों और सरकार के काम पर मुहर लगाई है। मुख्यमंत्री ने ओडीओपी पुरस्कार मिलने पर जिले को बधाई देते हुए जलजीवन मिशन में भटवाड़ी ब्लॉक में सबसे पहले सौ फीसदी जल-संयोजन होने पर भी प्रसन्नता व्यक्त की। कार्यक्रम में प्रभारी मंत्री प्रेमचंद अग्रवाल ने कहा कि युवा मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के नेतृत्व में विकास तेजी से हो रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि आज मातृशक्ति की जो भीड़ मुख्यमंत्री के स्वागत में जुटी हैं, वह उत्तरकाशी के इतिहास में पहली बार देखने को मिली हैं। इस मौके पर टिहरी सांसद माला राज्यलक्ष्मी शाह, गंगोत्री विधायक सुरेश चैहान, पुरोला विधायक दुर्गेश्वर लाल ने भी विचार रखे। इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री का स्वागत करते हुए डीएम अभिषेक रुहेला ने कोटी-बनाल भवन निर्माण शैली में निर्मित पंचपुरा भवन की प्रतिकृति और सिलक्यारा ऑपरेशन की सफलता के फोटो का कोलाज और इस रेस्क्यू अभियान को कामयाब बनाने के लिए जनपदवासियों की तरफ से आभार पत्र मुख्यमंत्री को सौंपा। मुख्यमंत्री ने जिला पुलिस द्वारा मिशन सिलक्यारा पर तैयार की गई काफी टेबल बुक का भी विमोचन किया। कार्यक्रम में यमुनोत्री विधायक संजय डोभाल, भाजपा, बागवानी विकास परिषद के उपाध्यक्ष राजकुमार, गढ़वाल कमिश्नर विनय शंकर पांडेय, डीएम अभिषेक रुहेला, एसपी अपर्ण यदुवंशी, मुख्य विकास अधिकारी जय किशन, अपर जिलाधिकारी रजा अब्बास, भाजपा नेता लाखीराम जोशी, किशोर भट्ट आदि भी मौजूद रहे।
