ट्यूशन टीचर गौरव जैन का 4 दिन बाद भी सुराग नहीं लग पाया है। आरोपी की तलाश में पुलिस के करीब 500 जवान और 2 दर्जन से अधिकारी लगे हैं। मामले पर कोटा में बढ़ते आक्रोश को देखकर पुलिस ने आरोपी पर घोषित इनाम की राशि भी पांच से बढ़ाकर दस हजार रुपये कर दी है। मामले में अब सामाजिक संगठन लामबंद होने लगे हैं। कई संगठन रैली निकालकर आईजी और एसपी को ज्ञापन
सौपेंगे। इससे पुलिस पर आरोपी की गिरफ्तार का दबाव बढ़ता जा रहा है। आरोपी गौरव जैन का कोई सुराग नहीं लगने पर पुलिस उसके सुसाइड करने की भी आशंका जता रही है। इसके चलते पुलिस ने नदी नालों में भी तलाशी अभियान चलाया है। वहीं आरोपी की तलाश में सीसीटीवी कैमरों के फुटेज खंगाले जा रहे हैं।
इलाके के मंदिरों में सर्च ऑपरेशन चलाया जा रहा है। लेकिन अभी तक पुलिस के हाथ आरोपी गौरव जैन का कोई सुराग नहीं लगा है।
जानकारी के असार पहले आरोपी टीचर गौरव जैन को पकड़वाने पर पुलिस अधीक्षक की ओर से पांच हजार रुपये की इनाम राशि घोषित की थी। अब उसे बढ़ाकर दस हजार रुपये कर दिया गया। कोटा रेंज आईजी रविदत्त गौड़ ने इसके आदेश जारी किये हैं। पुलिस ने आरोपी को पकड़ने के लिये अपनी पूरी जान झौंक रखी है।
इसके लिये करीब पांच सौ पुलिसकर्मियों को लगाया गया है। इनमें 2 एएसपी, 4 पुलिस उपाधीक्षक, 17 पुलिस निरीक्षक, डीएसबी, इंटेलिजेंस और साइबर क्राइम की टीम को लगाया गया है। उल्लेखनीय है कि चार दिन पहले शहर के रामपुरा थाना इलाके में ट्यूशन टीचर गौरव जैन के घर पढ़ने गई 15 वर्षीय छात्रा की
हत्या कर दी गई थी। छात्रा का शव ट्यूशन टीचर के घर की खिड़की में रस्सी बांधकर लटकाया हुआ था। छात्रा के शरीर पर चोटों के कई निशान थे। शव की हालात को देखते हुये आशंका जताई जा रही है कि छात्रा से रेप का प्रयास किया गया था। वारदात के बाद से गौरव जैन गायब है। छात्रा के परिजनों ने इस मामले में गौरव जैन को नामजद करते हुये उसके खिलाफ हत्या का मामला दर्ज कराया है। इस हत्या से आक्रोशित हुये कोटा निवासियों ने घटना के अगले दिन कोटा बंद का आह्वान किया था। इस बंद का व्यापक असर सामने आया था। लोगों के आक्रोश के कारण पुलिस ने आनन-फानन में आरोपी को पांच हजार रुपये का इनाम घोषित कर दिया था। उसके बाद भी लोगों का आक्रोश थमने का नाम नहीं ले रहा है।
