-प्रमुख सचिव ने आरओबी निर्माण में देरी पर कार्यवाही का दिया भरोसा
काशीपुर। नगर की आरओबी से सम्बन्धित समस्याओं को लेकर काशीपुर डेवलपमेंट फोरम ;केडीएफद्ध ने प्रमुख सचिव पीडब्ल्यूडी के साथ समस्त अधिकारियों व दीपक बिल्डर के इंजिनीयर के साथ बैठक की। बैठक के बारे में जानकारी देते हुए केडीएफ अध्यक्ष राजीव घई ने बताया कि प्रमुख सचिव ने केडीएफ के द्वारा की गई आरओबी से सम्बंधित समस्याओं का गम्भीरता से लेते हुए बिल्डर द्वारा की गई देरी के कारण देने के लिये अधिकारिक पत्र एनएच हल्द्वानी एवं बिल्डर को देने को कहा। साथ ही ब्रिज कोऑर्डिनेटर एवं कंसलटेंट शशि कांत को व उनकी कम्पनी को नोटिस देने को कहा। जवाब से संतुष्टि ना होने की दशा में बिल्डर के विरु( ब्लैक लिस्ट करने व पैनल्टी आरोपित करने की कार्यवाही तथा यदि विभागीय कमी पाई गई तो कार्यवाही किये जाने की बात कही।
केडीएफ द्वारा फ़्लाइओवर निर्माण के लिये दीपक बिल्डर के साथ हुए टाइम बाउंड समझोते पर दीपक बिल्डर को पूरा करने की चेतावनी दी व फ़्लाइओवर के रेलवे वाले हिस्से को भी समय से पूरा करने के लिये प्राथमिकता देने को कहा। प्रमुख सचिव ने रेलवे मंत्रालय की बैठक अगले 2-3 दिन में करवाने के लिये अपने सचिव से कहा। उन्होंने विभाग पर नाराज़गी ज़ाहिर की की गत किसी भी बैठक में काशीपुर फ़्लाइओवर की समस्या को शासन स्तर पर कभी नही रखा गया। केडीएफ ने साइड रोड को 3 मीटर चौड़ी रखे जाने को सुनस्चित करने, फ़्लाइओवर के नीचे साइड रोड के बीच में इंटरलॉॅक टाइल लगवाने, फ़्लाइओवर के ऊपर बाजपुर रोड की तरफ़ ट्रैफ़िक के मुड़ने पर आने वाली समस्या को अभी से संज्ञान में लेते हुए उचित प्रविधान करने को कहा। केडीएफ ने कहा कि काशीपुर एक ऐतिहासिक शहर है इस लिये इस फ़्लाइओवर पर काशीपुर से सम्बंधित एतिहासिक चित्रण करते हुए पेंटिंग किया जाना चाहिये।
प्रमुख सचिव ने पीडब्ल्यूडी के अधिकारियों के आगे केडीएफ द्वारा उठाई गई आईआईएम के सामने की सड़क, महुआखेड़ा की सड़क के बजट को अनुमोदित करते हुए मुख्यमंत्री की कमेटी से बजट संस्तुति करने भेज दिया। बैठक में राजीव घई, आशीष बधावर, ज़ोनल इंजीनियर एचएच सुपरिडेंट इंजीनियर दीपक बिल्डर से प्रोजेक्ट अड्वाइज़र आरके बस्सी, प्रोजेक्ट इंचार्ज जेएस माथरु, अजय शर्मा आदि उपस्थित थे।
