योजना के क्रियान्वयन में जिला प्रशासन की महत्पूर्ण भूमिका होती है: राज्य योजना आयोग (सीटू) उपाध्यक्ष
देहरादून। राज्य योजना आयोग (सीटू) के उपाध्यक्ष राजशेखर जोशी की अध्यक्षता में मंथन सभागार में विभागीय कार्य योजना, विशेष प्रोजेक्ट, गत वर्ष की जिला योजना आदि की समीक्षा बैठक आहूत हुई। मा0 उपाध्यक्ष ने कहा कि किसी योजना के सफल क्रियान्वयन हेतु पूर्व आंकड़ो को दृष्टिगत रखते हुए विभागों का आंकड़ा रेखीय विभागों को एक ही प्लेटफार्म पर दिखे इस कार्ययोजना पर कार्य करने की आवश्यकता है। उन्होंने कहा कि जनपदों की आर्थिक स्थिति बढाने के लिए प्रभावी योजनाओंध्नीति पर कार्य किये जाने की आवश्यकता है। माननीय उपाध्यक्ष ने विभागवार योजना की समीक्षा करते हुए योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन की जानकारी विभागीय अधिकारियों को योजना के क्रियान्वयन की चुनौती धरातल की स्थिति की जानकारी ली। उन्होंने कहा कि योजना के क्रियान्वयन में जिला प्रशासन की महत्पूर्ण भूमिका होती है, इसके लिए जिला स्तरीय विभागीय अधिकारियों का योजनाओं के क्रियान्यन में सक्रिय होना आवश्यक है। उन्होंने कहा कि योजना के क्रियान्वयन के सम्बन्ध में जनपद की मजबूती एवं कमजोरी दोनो पहलुओं को ध्यान में रखकर कमजोर पहलुओं में सुधार करते हुए योजनाओं का क्रियान्वयन किया जाना आश्यक है। उन्होंने शहरी क्षेत्रों एवं ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों ड्रेनेज सिस्टम, अपशिष्ट प्रबन्धन की जानकारी लेते हुए बेहतर कार्ययोजना पर कार्य करने के निर्देश दिए। ग्राम स्तर पर अपशिष्ट प्रबन्धन हेतु जनजागरूकता कार्यक्रम विभाग द्वारा संचालित किए जाएं। उन्होंने युवाओं की स्किल बढाये जाने हेतु कौशल विकास में प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम आयोजित करते हुए स्वरोजगार के क्षेत्र को बढावा देते हुए युवाओं को कौशल विकास से जोड़ते हुए प्रशिक्षण दिए। मुख्य विकास अधिकारी सुश्री झरना कमठान संचालित योजनाओं की जानकारी देते हुए योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन हेतु आ रही दिक्कतों एवं ध्वजवाहक योजनाओं के संचालन एवं क्रियान्वयन के सम्बन्ध में विस्तृत जानकारी मा0 उपाध्यक्ष को दी। बैठक में मुख्य विकास अधिकारी सुश्री झरना कमठान, निदेशक राज्य योजना आयोग डॉ मनोज पंत, पुलिस अधीक्षक यातायात मुकेश कुमार, निदेशक ग्राम्य विकास अभिकरण विक्रम सिंह जिला अर्थ एवं संख्या अधिकारी शशिकांत गिरि, मुख्य चिकित्साअधिकारी डॉ संजय जैन, जिला विकास अधिकारी सुनील कुमार, जिला पंचायतीराज अधिकारी विद्या सिंह सोमनाल, जिला पर्यटन विकास अधिकारी सुशील नौटियाल, अधि अभि सिंचाई राजेश लाम्बा, अधि. अभि जल संस्थान राजेन्द्र पाल सहित समस्त विभागों के जनपद स्तरीय अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
