ऋषिकेश। गृहक्लेश से परेशान युवक ने त्रिवेणीघाट पर गंगा में कूद गया। स्थानीय लोगों ने इसकी सूचना घाट चौकी पुलिस को दी। घाट पर तैनात जल पुलिस ने भी युवक को बचाने के लिए गंगा में छलांग लगा दी। कड़ी मशकत के बाद युवक को सकुशल बाहर निकाला गया।
त्रिवेणीघाट पुलिस चौकी इंचार्ज उत्तम रमोला ने बताया अजीत (20) पुत्र दिनेश निवासी मायाकुंड चंद्रेश्वरनगर ने सोमवार शाम त्रिवेणीघाट में गंगा में छलांग लगा दी। जल पुलिस की मदद से अजीत को सकुशल बचा लिया गया है। पूछताछ मे युवक ने बताया कि गृहक्लेश के चलते उसने ऐसा कदम उठाया। पुलिस टीम में विनोद सेमवाल, अनिल चौहान, धनवीर सिंह और भीम सिंह नेगी आदि शामिल रहे।
