काशीपुर। साजिशन फर्जी वसीयतनामा तैयार कर धोखाधड़ी करने व जान से मारने की धमकी देने के आरोप में कोर्ट के आदेश पर पुलिस ने तीन लोगों के खिलाफ धारा 420, 467, 468, 471, 120बी, 506 आईपीसी के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज किया है।
कोर्ट में दिये प्रार्थना-पत्र में ग्राम अजीतपुर दभौरा मुस्तहकम दर्शन सिंह पुत्र स्व. हरनाम सिंह ने कहा कि उसके पिता के नाम ग्राम बरखेड़ी में खसरा नम्बर-306 मिन रकवा 1.839 हैक्टेयर खसरा नम्बर-365 रकबा 0.053 हैक्टेयर खसरा नम्बर-314/1 रकवा 0.085 हैक्टेयर कूल रकवा-1.977 हैक्टेयर तथा ग्राम दभौरा एहतमाली में खसरा नम्बर 241/387 रकवा 0.729 हेक्टेयर भूमि श्रेणी 1-क संक्रमणीय भूमिधरी के अधिकार अभिलेख थी। गांव के ही बलविन्दर सिंह पुत्र जरनैल सिंह, राजेन्द्र सिंह पुत्र अर्जुन सिंह द्वारा उसके पिता हरनाम सिंह की कूटरचित वसीयत बना ली गई तथा इन्द्रजीत सिंह पुत्र अर्जुन सिंह निवासी बरखेड़ी द्वारा षड्यंत्र के तहत बलविन्दर सिंह, राजेन्द्र सिंह ने मिलकर उसके पिता हरनाम सिंह के जीवित रहते उन्हें मृत दिखाकर मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र प्राप्त कर लिया। मृत्यु ग्राम दभौरा में दिखा दी और फर्जी कूटरचित मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र प्राप्त कर फर्जी कूटरचित वसीयत के आधार पर उसके पिता की सारी जमीन का अपने नाम दाखिल खारिज करा लिया। राजस्व अभिलेखों में 16 जनवरी 2005 को नाम दर्ज हो गया। कहा कि उसके पिता हरनाम सिंह को 8 अगस्त 2004 को मृत दिखाया गया है जबकि वह जीवित थे। उसके पिता हरनाम सिंह ने उत्तराखण्ड ग्रामीण बैंक क्षेत्र कार्यालय प्ट ;।द्ध हल्द्वानी शाखा काशीपुर से दिनांक 16 जुलाई 2004 को 40 हजार रुपये का केसीसी )ण लिया। इस )ण में जमानती महेन्द्र सिंह पुत्र हरनाम सिंह, रेशम सिंह पुत्र कृपाल सिंह निवासीगण अजीतपुर पोस्ट चौखण्डी तहसील काशीपुर थे। बताया कि उसके पिता 16 जुलाई 2004 को जीवित थे। 25 जुलाई 2005 को उनकी मृत्यु हुई है। परन्तु बलविन्दर सिंह, राजेन्द्र सिंह व इन्द्रजीत सिंह ने उसके पिता हरनाम सिंह को 8 अगस्त 2004 को षड्यंत्र के तहत मृत दिखाकर कूटरचित मृत्यु प्रमाण-पत्र जारी करा कर सारी कृषि भूमि बलविन्दर सिंह व राजेन्द्र सिंह ने अपने नाम करा कर कुछ भूमि विक्रय कर नफा नाजायज कमाया, जो कि दण्डनीय अपराध है। कहा कि बलविन्दर, राजेन्द्र व इन्द्रजीत उसे जान से मारने धमकी दे रहे हैं।
