विद्युत उपभोक्ता जिला सचिव कैलाश सिंह के नेतृत्व में कैंप कार्यालय रामू वाला गणेश पर इकट्ठे हुए ,तथा तथा नारेबाजी करते हुए ठाकुरद्वारा बिजली घर पहुंचे उपखंड अधिकारी छुट्टी पर होने के कारण कार्यालय में अपना मांग पत्र रिसीव करया तथा अवर अभियंता मिसौरी सिंह से अपनी समस्याओं के बारे में अवगत कराया जय महोदय ने समस्याओं का समाधान करने का आश्वासन दिया मांग पत्र में ठाकुरद्वारा के देहात व नगर में विद्युत मीटरों के द्वारा अधिक वर्ल्ड दिखाए जाने के कारण उपभोक्ताओं को दोगुना या 3 गुना बिल मजबूर होकर जमा करना पड़ता है ।उपभोक्ता बिजली घर के चक्कर काटते काटते थक जाते हैं I लेकिन बिजली संबंधित कर्मचारी उनकी समस्याओं का समाधान करने को तैयार नहीं है । दूसरी ओर बहुत से गरीब लोगों के नाम पर विभाग द्वारा डबल कनेक्शन कर दिए गए हैं । और उन पर दोनों कनेक्शनों का बिल जमा करने का विभाग द्वारा दबाव बनाया जा रहा है । मीटर खराब होने पर समय से उपभोक्ताओं के मीटर नहीं बदले जाते हैं । इससे उपभोक्ताओं में काफी आक्रोश है क्योंकि विभाग के द्वारा उपभोक्ताओं का उत्पीड़न किया जा रहा है अतः हमारी निम्न मांगे पूरी ने की गई तो संगठन अग्रिम आंदोलन को बाध्य होगा I जिसमें जिन उपभोक्ताओं के दो या तीन महा से 2 गुना 3 गुना बिल आ रहा है । उनके मीटरों को चेक करा कर बिल सही करवाए जाएं । जिन वक्ताओं के नाम पर डबल कनेक्शन हो गए हैं । उनका एक कनेक्शन तत्काल समाप्त किया जाए । वक्ताओं के घरों पर लगे खराब मिटरो को अति शीघ्र बदला जाए ।ओवर बिल की शिकायत होने पर चेक मीटर लगाए जाएं । प्रदर्शन में प्रीतम सिंह ,नत्थू सिंह, देवेंद्र पाल ,अशोक कुमार, रमेश सिंह नरेश सिंह ,कॉमरेड वीर सिंह, हर स्वरूप सिंह, संजय चौधरी आदि मौजूद रहे
