सीएम धामी ने ली महिला सुरक्षा हेल्पलाईन और पुलिस द्वारा संचालित की जा रही विभिन्न गतिविधियों की जानकारी
देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने बुधवार को पुलिस मुख्यालय का औचक निरीक्षण किया। इस अवसर पर उन्होंने पुलिस मुख्यालय से संचालित महिला सुरक्षा हेल्पलाईन और पुलिस द्वारा संचालित की जा रही विभिन्न गतिविधियों की जानकारी ली। मुख्यमंत्री ने इस दौरान अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये कि राज्य में कानून व्यवस्था को मजबूत बनाया जाए। कानून व्यवस्था के साथ खिलवाड़ करने और शांति भंग करने वाले अराजक तत्वों पर सख्त कार्रवाई की जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि महिला अपराधों से जुड़ी घटनाओं पर त्वरित कार्रवाई की जाए। यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए कि जरूरतमंद लोगों को पुलिस की सहायता तत्काल मिले। मुख्यमंत्री ने पुलिस के वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये कि डेमोग्रेफी चेंज, धर्मान्तरण, लव जिहाद के प्रकरणों पर यथाशीघ्र कार्रवाई की जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य का शांति व्यवस्था बिगाड़ने वालों को बख्शा नहीं जायेगा। अपराधियों को पकड़ने के लिए पुलिस द्वारा सघन अभियान चलाया जाए तथा आपराधिक पृष्ठभूमि से जुड़े लोगों पर नियमित निगरानी रखी जाए। मुख्यमंत्री ने पुलिस के वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये कि उन्होंने जिन थानों से नौकरी की शुरूआत की है, उन थानों का स्थलीय निरीक्षण करें, आवश्यकतानुसार संबंधित थानों को सुदृढ़ बनाने की दिशा में भी वे सहयोगी बनें। मुख्यमंत्री ने पुलिस अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये कि राज्य के सीमावर्ती क्षेत्रों में गश्त बढ़ाई जाए एवं प्रदेश में आने-जाने वालों पर निगरानी रखी जाए। अपराधों को कम करने की दिशा में लगातार कार्य किये जाएं। मुख्यमंत्री ने निर्देश दिये कि महिला अपराधों को रोकने के लिए और उन्हें जल्द न्याय दिलाने के लिए वरिष्ठ महिला आईपीएस अधिकारियों को जिम्मेदारी दी जाए। अपराधों पर प्रभावी नियंत्रण के लिए अधिकारियों को आपस में समन्वय बनाने, सूचनाओं के त्वरित आदान-प्रदान, इंटेलीजेंस व्यवस्था को और मजबूत बनाये जाने और रात्रि पेट्रोलिंग की नियमित व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित किये जाने के निर्देश भी मुख्यमंत्री ने दिये। जिन क्षेत्रों में आपराधिक गतिविधियां बढ़ी हैं, ऐसे क्षेत्रों की सतत निगरानी करते हुए गश्त बढ़ाई जाए। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि पुलिस कार्मिकों को नियमित प्रशिक्षण दिया जाए। साइबर अपराध एवं तकनीक आधारित अन्य प्रशिक्षण समय-समय पर पुलिसकर्मियों को दिये जाएं। इस अवसर पर डीजीपी अभिनव कुमार, एडीजी अमित कुमार सिन्हा, वी. मुरूगेशन, ए.पी. अंशुमान, आईजी विम्मी सचदेवा, नीलेश आनंद भरणे, के. एस. नगन्याल, अपर सचिव गृह निवेदिता कुकरेती, डीआईजी सेंथिल अबुदई एवं एस.एस.पी देहरादून अजय सिंह उपस्थित थे।
