नई दिल्ली। कंधे के पास की हड्डी टूटने पर एक झोलाछाप डाक्टर से इलाज कराने पर मरीज की हालत बिगड़ गई। साथ ही गलत इलाज की वजह से अब उसे कंधे की सर्जरी भी करानी पड़ सकती है। सफदरजंग अस्पताल के हड्डी रोग विशेषज्ञ डा. अरुण पांडे ने बताया कि अस्पताल की इमरजेंसी में एक 35 वर्षीय मरीज सुरेश आए। उनकी कालर बोन (कंधे के पास की हड्डी) पर प्लास्टर चढ़ा हुआ था। पूछने पर मरीज ने बताया कि कंधे की हड्डी टूटने पर वह पास के ही एक डाक्टर के पास इलाज के लिए चला गया। इस दौरान छोलाछाप डाक्टर ने बाएं कंधे की टूटी हड्डी से लेकर दाएं कंधे तक प्लास्टर चढ़ा दिया। प्लास्टर इतना खींचकर चढ़ाया गया कि दबाव बढ़ने से मरीज के दोनों बगलों में फफोले पड़ गए। भयंकर जलन के कारण मरीज की हालत खराब हो गई। डा. पांडे ने बताया कि कालर बोन कंधे के पास होती है। उस पर प्लास्टर नहीं चढ़ाया जाता है। कालर बोन टूटने पर वैज्ञानिक पट्टी की जाती है। वैज्ञानिक पट्टी (फिगर आफ आठ) का सपोर्ट देने से कालर बोन जुड़ जाती है। यह पट्टी आठ अंक के आकार की होती है। इसलिए इसे फिगर आफ आठ कहते हैं। झोलाछाप ने जिस तरफ की हड्डी टूटी थी उसकी कोहनी से लेकर छाती और पीठ होते हुए दूसरी बगल तक प्लास्टर बांधा। अब मरीज के फफोले जब तक कम नहीं होते तब तक वैज्ञानिक पट्टी नहीं कर सकते हैं। अगर हड्डी नहीं जुड़ी तो सर्जरी करनी पड़ेगी क्योंकि मरीज 15 दिन से गलत इलाज करा रहा था। इससे हड्डी जुड़ नहीं पाई।
