काशीपुर। एक महिला ने अज्ञात कारणों के चलते अपने दो मासूम बच्चों सहित खुद जहर खा लिया, जिसमें महिला तथा उसके 2 वर्षीय पुत्र की उपचार के दौरान मौत हो गई जबकि बेटी की हालत नाजुक बताई जा रही है। पोस्टमार्टम कराने के बाद शव परिजनों के सुपुर्द कर दिया गया।
जानकारी के अनुसार कुंडा थाना क्षेत्र के ग्राम गंगापुर गुसाई निवासी राजा कुमार पुत्र रघुवीर ने लगभग डेढ़ वर्ष पूर्व काशीपुर के मानपुर रोड बिजली घर के समीप निवासी चिन्हा सिंह की पुत्री कुसुमलता से प्रेम विवाह किया था।
पूर्व में कुसुमलता की शादी दढ़ियाल उत्तर प्रदेश निवासी रामकिशोर नामक व्यक्ति के साथ हुई थी लेकिन वैचारिक मतभेद के चलते कुसुम अपने दो बच्चों के साथ मायके चली आई। यहां रहते हुए उसका संपर्क राजा कुमार से हुआ। लगभग डेढ़ वर्ष पूर्व से दोनों पति-पत्नी के रूप में साथ रहने लगे। लगभग एक माह पूर्व कुसुम ने एक बेटे को जन्म दिया। इस बीच सब कुछ ठीक-ठाक चल रहा था। उसका पति राजा मजदूरी किया करता है। मृतका के पति ने बताया कि रोजाना की तरह मंगलवार को भी वह जब मजदूरी पर गया था इसी दौरान लगभग 3 बजे उसे घटना की सूचना
मिली। घर पहुंचने पर पता चला कि कुसुमलता ने 2 वर्ष के बेटे लाभ तथा 4 वर्षीय पुत्री दीपिका को जहर देने के बाद खुद भी जहर का सेवन कर लिया। हालत गंभीर होने पर तीनों को तत्काल यहां एक निजी अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया जहां शाम लगभग 5 बजे महिला व उसके पुत्र ने उपचार के दौरान दम तोड़ दिया जबकि बेटी की हालत अस्पताल
में नाजुक बनी है। मृतिका के पति का कहना है कि घर में कोई झगड़ा फसाद नहीं हुआ, लेकिन बड़ा सवाल यह है कि यदि कारण कुछ भी नहीं था तो अकारण विवाहिता ने आखिर इतना बड़ा कदम क्यों उठाया। यह सवाल अभी पुलिस के लिए यक्ष प्रश्न बना है हालांकि घटना के बाद से क्षेत्र में मामले को लेकर तमाम तरह की चर्चाएं व्याप्त है।
