काशीपुर । न्यायायिक मजिस्ट्रेट सिविल जज जूनियर डिवीजन ने चेक बाउंस के दोषी को तीन माह के कारावास और 4.20 लाख रुपये अर्थदंड की सजा सुनाई है। ग्राम गोपीपुरा, हेमपुर स्थित कंपनी पीएसआर इनोवेशन्स एलएलपी के महाप्रबंधक राजकुमार अरोरा ने अपने अधिवक्ता विरेन्द्र कुमार चौहान के माध्यम से न्यायायिक मजिस्ट्रेट सिविल जज जूनियर डिवीजन की कोर्ट में परिवाद दायर किया। कहा आरोपी अनिल कुमार सिंह पुत्र धर्मवीर सिंह निवासी कांठ रोड मुरादाबाद यूपी ने पांच जनवरी 2018 को फर्म पर आकर पीवीसी पाइप के विभिन्न रेंज के ऑर्डर दिए थे। जिसमें तीन लाख 30 हजार से ज्यादा का माल खरीदा गया। आरोपी द्वारा कहा गया इसका भुगतान जल्द कर देगा। 28 जनवरी को एक और ऑर्डर लगाकर अनिल ने कंपनी से कहा दोनों ऑर्डर का भुगतान वह एक साथ कर देगा। खरीदारी के एवज में पहला भुगतान एक लाख रुपये पंजाब नेशनल बैंक से कंपनी के एकाउंट में ट्रांसफर किए गए। इसके बाद एक सप्ताह बाद दोबारा एक लाख ट्रांसफर हुआ। बाकी बचे तीन लाख 99 हजार पांच सौ रुपये का भुगतान के लिए बैंक ऑफ बडौदा शाखा का मुरादाबाद बैंक का चेक दिया गया। 21 मई 2018 को यह चेक क्लियर करने के लिए जब चेक बैंक में लगाया तो बाउंस हो गया। इसके बाद कंपनी की ओर से नोटिस भी भेजा गया, लेकिन उसका न तो जवाब आया और न ही भुगतान किया गया। 20 जून 2018 को मामले में न्यायायिक मजिस्ट्रेट सिविल जज जूनियर डिवीजन की कोर्ट में परिवाद दायर किया गया। मामले में न्यायालय ने आरोपी अनिल कुमार को तीन माह कारवास और अर्थदंड की सजा सुनाई।
