काशीपुर ।कांग्रेस बुद्धिजीवी प्रकोष्ठ के जिला महासचिव और नव चेतना मंच सहित अनेक संगठनों से जुड़े मनोज आहूजा कांग्रेस छोड़कर आम आदमी पार्टी में शामिल हो गए ।उन्हें पार्टी के विधायक प्रत्याशी दीपक बाली ने टोपी पहना कर पार्टी की सदस्यता दिलाई ।श्री आहूजा काशीपुर में पंजाबी सभा के संस्थापक रहे झांजी राम आहूजा के पौत्र हैं । कांग्रेस छोड़कर आप में शामिल हुए श्री आहूजा ने कहा कि कांग्रेस डूबता हुआ जहाज है और भाजपा विकास करती नहीं जिसके चलते काशीपुर रसातल में चला गया है अतः इस बार काशीपुर क्षेत्र की जनता को बदलाव करते हुए आम आदमी पार्टी के समाजसेवी एवं युवा विधायक प्रत्याशी दीपक बाली का ही साथ देना चाहिए। वही इस शहर की दशा और दिशा को सुधार सकते हैं।उधर भाजपा छोड़कर आम आदमी पार्टी मे शामिल हुए पूर्व महानगर उपाध्यक्ष शशांक कुमार के नेतृत्व में करीब तीन दर्जन युवा आम आदमी पार्टी में शामिल हो गए। इन सभी को पार्टी प्रत्याशी दीपक बाली और जिलाध्यक्ष मुकेश चावला ने पार्टी की सदस्यता दिलाई ।शामिल होने वालों में विश्वास कुमार प्रमोद महेश हिमांशु यादव मयंक शर्मा प्रमोद कुमार अनुराग संदीप गुल्लू प्रदीप सोनू बंटी योगेश पंकज सुनील अंकित आकाश जितेंद्र आदि प्रमुख रहे जो सभी बीजेपी छोड़ कर आए हैं। उधर मनोज शर्मा ने दूसरे दिन भी करीब तीन दर्जन स्त्री पुरुषों को पार्टी में शामिल किया । शांति देवी के नेतृत्व में आए इन स्त्री पुरुषों को पार्टी के जिलाध्यक्ष मुकेश चावला ने पार्टी की सदस्यता दिलाई।
