मुरादाबाद ।विधानसभा चुनाव का बिल्कुल बज चुका है। दूसरी तरफ वैश्विक महामारी कोरोना ने भी अपनी तीसरी लहर का परचम लहराना शुरू कर दिया है । दिन प्रतिदिन पॉजिटिव केसों की संख्या बढ़ रही है I ऐसे में राजनीतिक दल सहित राजनेता इंटरनेट व सोशल मीडिया पर सक्रिय हो गए है। जिसके चलते प्रचार के तौर पर सूचनाओं का सोशल मीडिया के विभिन्न प्लेटफार्म पर पोस्ट करने का दौर भी चल रहा है। इस दौर में सोशल प्लेटफार्म का इस्तेमाल करने में थोड़ा सावधानी बरतनी पड़ेगी। कहीं ऐसा न हो आपकी लापरवाही से की गई पोस्ट आपकाे मुश्किल में न डाल दे। कहीं आपको मुकदमा न झेलना पड़ जाए।दरअसल में इस बार विधानसभा चुनाव में प्रचार का सबसे बड़ा माध्यम इंटरनेट मीडिया बन रहा है। जिले में पहली बार इंटरनेट मीडिया पर निगरानी करने के लिए सशक्त टीम लगाई गई है। आइटी के एक्सपर्ट भी लगाए गए हैं, ताकि कहीं कोई चूक न होने पाए।किसी भी राजनीतिक दल या व्यक्ति की ओर से आपत्तिजनक पोस्ट डालने पर मुकदमा हो सकता है। इसमें शामिल अधिकारियों और सामाजिक संगठनों के प्रतिनिधियों को प्रशिक्षण दिया जा चुका है जो हर तरीके के प्रचार पर अपनी नजरें लगाए हुए हैं। चुनाव आयोग की गाइड लाइन के अनुसार राजनीतिक दलों की प्रचार सामग्री प्रकाशित कराने से पहले जिला प्रशासन से अनुमति लेना अनिवार्य होगा।केंद्रीय निर्वाचन आयोग ने आदर्श आचार संहिता लागू करने के दौरान इस बात की पाबंदी लगा दी है कोई भी राजनीतिक दल 15 जनवरी तक किसी भी तरह की सभा, यात्रा आदि नहीं करेगा। यह सब आयोग ने वैश्विक महामारी कोरोना के बढ़ते संक्रमण के चलते किया है। आयोग की इस पाबंदी के बाद राजनीतिक दलों में इंटरनेट मीडिया के माध्यम से प्रचार की होड़ सी मच गई। आयोग के निर्देश है कि कोई भी राजनीतिक दल किसी भी तरह की आपत्तिजनक सामग्री का प्रचार प्रसार नहीं करेगा। खासकर इंटरनेट मीडिया पर अक्सर यह देखा जाता है कि बहुत से लोग चर्चा में आने के लिए आपत्तिजनक बातों को पोस्ट कर देते हैं।कोई भी राजनीतिक दल इंटरनेट पर आपत्तिजनक हम इतनी पोस्ट न कर सके, इसके लिए सख्त पहरा लगाया गया है। आयोग के दिशा निर्देश अनुसार जिला प्रशासन की ओर से एक निगरानी कमेटी बनाई गई है। यह कमेटी इंटरनेट मीडिया पर डाली गई हर तरह की चुनाव संबंधी प्रचार सामग्री पर पैनी नजर रख रही है।
