काशीपुर। उत्तराखंड प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी सदस्य डा. दीपिका गुड़िया आत्रेय ने तीन काले कृषिकानूनों को वापस लेने के ऐलान के बाद केंद्र की मोदी सरकार पर तंज कसते हुए कहा कि किसानों पर हुए शोषण के बाद भाजपा सरकार में जब सिंहासन डोला तो कुर्सी जाने का डर सताने लगा है। उन्होंने कहा कि आगामी दिनों में पांच राज्यों के चुनाव में भाजपा को अपनी हार साफ दिखाई देने लगी है। इसी के डर से सरकार काले तीन कृषि कानूनों को वापस लेने पर मजबूर हुई है। उन्होंने कहा कि 700 से अधिक किसानों ने आंदोलन में अपने प्राण त्याग दिए परंतु सब्र इस बात का है कि उन किसानों की शहादत बेकार नहीं गई और सरकार को विवश होना पड़ा। उन्होंने कहा कि कानून वापसी का ऐलान किसानों की जीत है। लोकतंत्र में किसी की आवाज को लंबे समय तक दबाया या कुचला नहीं जा सकता। अपने चंद उद्योगपतियों को फायदा पहुंचाने के लिए उठाए गए सरकार के कदम को किसानों ने पीछे धकेल दिया है। केंद्र की मोदी सरकार व उसके नुमाइंदों ने किसानों को बदनाम करने में कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ी थी। यहां तक कि उन्हें खालिस्तानी तक कहा गया था लेकिन किसानों की हिम्मत देखिए कि हिटलरशाही सरकार के आगे देश का किसान झुका नहीं। आज देश के अन्नदाताओं की जीत का श्रेय उन लोगों को जाता है जो लगातार सर्द मौसम की कंपकंपाती हुई ठंड में भी धरना प्रदर्शन में चट्टान की तरह मजबूती से डटे रहे तथा सूरज की गर्म आग पर भी हंसते-हंसते केंद्र की मोदी सरकार के कृषि कानून के खिलाफ शांति पूर्वक अपना धरना प्रदर्शन करते रहे। कांग्रेस नेत्री दीपिका गुड़िया आत्रेय ने कहा कि कांग्रेस पार्टी भी किसानों के समर्थन में लगातार संघर्षरत रही जो किसी राजनीतिक लाभ के लिए नहीं अपितु किसानों को न्याय दिलाने के लिए, कांग्रेस पार्टी का एक ही नारा रहा है, जय जवान जय किसान, के नारे पर ही कांग्रेस हमेशा से ही लोगों को इंसाफ दिलाने के लिए सदैव संघर्ष करती रहेगी।
