मुख्यमत्री धामी ने किया जैन समाज सम्मेलन में प्रतिभाग
देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने रविवार को श्री दिगम्बर जैन पंचायती मंदिर में आयोजित जैन समाज सम्मेलन में प्रतिभाग किया और जैन धर्म गुरुओं का आशीर्वाद लिया। उन्होंने कहा कि आचार्य सौरभ सागर मुनि जी महाराज का जीवन संयम, त्याग और अहिंसा के अद्वितीय आदर्शों का प्रतीक है। सौरभांचल तीर्थ और जीवन आशा अस्पताल उनके दूरदर्शी नेतृत्व और करुणा के उदाहरण हैं, जो समाज को धर्म और सेवा के पथ पर अग्रसर कर रहे हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि देवभूमि उत्तराखंड की डेमोग्राफी संरक्षित रखना सरकार की प्राथमिकता है। इसी उद्देश्य से धर्मांतरण विरोधी एवं दंगा विरोधी कानून लागू किए गए हैं। प्रदेश में 9 हजार एकड़ से अधिक सरकारी भूमि को अवैध कब्जों से मुक्त कराया गया है। सनातन मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि जैन कल्याण बोर्ड के गठन के संबंध में प्राप्त सुझाव पर सरकार गंभीरतापूर्वक विचार करेगी। उन्होंने विश्वास व्यक्त किया कि जैन समाज आगे भी उत्तराखंड के समग्र विकास में सहयोग देता रहेगा। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि जैन धर्म ने दुनिया को संदेश दिया है कि अहिंसा ही वीरता का धर्म है। जैन समाज ने केवल अहिंसा का ही नहीं बल्कि संगठन और सामाजिक एकता का भी अद्वितीय उदाहरण प्रस्तुत किया है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश सरकार राज्य के समग्र विकास के लिए संकल्पब( है और इसी क्रम में उत्तराखंड देश का पहला राज्य बना है जिसने ‘‘समान नागरिक संहिता’’ लागू की है। इसके साथ ही नकल विरोधी कानून के बाद से से 25 हजार से अधिक युवाओं को सरकारी नौकरी पाने में सफलता मिली है।
