जल संकट, कमी, समस्या का प्रोएक्टिव मोड में हो समाधान : डीएम
देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री के सुशासन एवं जनसेवा संकल्प के तहत पेयजल आपूर्ति से जुड़ी समस्याओं का त्वरित समाधान को लेकर जिला प्रशासन सर्तकता और सक्रियता से समस्याओं का निदान करने में जुटा है। विगत 14 अप्रैल से लेकर 21 जून तक कंट्रोल रूम को पेयजल की 244 शिकायतें मिली है, जिसमें से 238 शिकायतों का समाधान कर लिया गया है। जिलाधिकारी सविन बंसल ने पेयजल से जुड़े सभी विभागीय अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि बरसात के सीजन में भी जल संकट, जल की कमी और समस्या का प्रोएक्टिव मोड में निस्तारण जारी रखे। हर दिन हर घर तक निर्बाध रूप से जलापूर्ति की जाए। जनमन की समस्या प्रशासन की समस्या है। इसमें कोई लापरवाही न हो इसका विशेष ध्यान रखा जाए। पानी की शिकायत मिलते ही उसी दिवस को उसका समाधान कर लिया जाए। पेयजल समस्याओं के त्वरित समाधान को लेकर जिलाधिकारी के निर्देशों पर एडीएम की अध्यक्षता में जिले स्तर पर समिति गठित है, जो नियमित रूप से पेयजल शिकायतों की मॉनिटरिंग करती है। डीएम के निर्देश पर पेयजल सप्लाई से जुड़े 07 विभागों के अधिकारी 20 अप्रैल से 24ग7 जिला कंट्रोल रूम में तैनात किए गए है। सहस्रधारा रोड क्षेत्र में पेयजल आपूर्ति बाधित होने की समस्या पर जल संस्थान के अधिशासी अभियंता ने बताया कि ब्रहम्वाला खाला में सप्लाई वाल्व खराब होने के कारण जलापूर्ति बांधित हो गई थी। समस्या सामने आने पर सप्लाई वाल्व को तत्काल ठीक कराके क्षेत्र में पेयजल आपूर्ति को सुचारू कर दिया गया है। सहस्र धारा रोड पर चीड़ोवाली, मन्दाकिनी विहार और ब्रहमखाला में चीड़ोवाला स्थित सीडब्लूआर जलाशय अब पूर्ण क्षमता के साथ भर रहा है। जिससे पर्याप्त पेयजल उपलब्ध कराया जा रहा है। कैनाल रोड निवासी राघव छोकर ने घर में एक महीने से पानी न आने की शिकायत पर प्रार्थी के जल संयोजन की निजी सर्विस लाइन क्षतिग्रस्त पाई गई। जिसे 22 जुलाई को मरम्मत कराके जलापूर्ति सुचारू करा दी गई है। दूरभाष पर शिकायतकर्ता ने संतुष्टि व्यक्त की है। नेशविला रोड निवासी सरिता बोहरा द्वारा जलापूर्ति बाधित होने की शिकायत पर टीम ने मौका मुआयना किया। क्षेत्रीय सहायक अभियंता ने बताया कि प्रार्थी का जल संयोजन पूर्व में अन्य उपभोक्ता के व्यक्तिगत जल संयोजन से जुड़ा था। दूसरे उपभोक्त ने अपना संयोजन पृथक करने पर प्रार्थी का जल संयोजन नही रहा। प्रार्थी को अपना जल कनेक्शन के लिए आवेदन करने के बाद शीघ्र जल संयोजन कराया जाएगा। जिलाधिकारी के निर्देशों पर पेयजल संकट वाले क्षेत्रों में नियमित निगरानी करते हुए ट्यूबवेल व नलकूपों पर निर्बाध विद्युत आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित की जा रही है। जल संस्थान एवं जल निगम के सभी डिविजनों में समस्याओं के निस्तारण के लिए टोल फ्री नंबर भी प्रचारित किए गए है। इसके अलावा कंट्रोल रूम के टोल फ्री नंबर 0135-2726066 व 1077 पर मिलने वाली शिकायतों का त्वरित संज्ञान लिया जा रहा है।
