-कंप्यूटर में भी हुई तोड़फोड़, लोग जता रहे घोटाले की आशंका
बदायूं । गंगा एक्सप्रेसवे के दफ्तर में बंदरों का एक समूह जबरन घुस आया और वहां रखे महत्वपूर्ण दस्तावेज फाड डाले। बंदरों वहां रखे कंप्यूटर में भी तोड़फोड़ कर डाली। यह पूरा वाकया यूपी के बदायूं जनपद में डीएम ऑफिस के बगल में स्थित गंगा एक्सप्रेसवे के कार्यालय में हुआ।
बहरहाल कागजों को बंदरों ने फाड़ा या किसी कर्मचारी ने, असलियत तो मामले के जांच के बाद ही सामने आएगी। लेकिन इस बीच जनपद संभल के बाद बदायूं में भी एक्सप्रेसवे से घोटाले की बू आने लगी है और पूरी घटना चर्चा का विषय बनी हुई है। यूपी सरकार की महत्वपूर्ण गंगा एक्सप्रेसवे योजना पर काम तेजी से चल रहा है। यह मेरठ से शुरू होकर प्रयागराज तक जाएगी। बदायूं में करीब 92 किलोमीटर गंगा एक्सप्रेसवे का निर्माण होना है, जिसमें करीब 85 परसेंट लोगों की जमीनों के बैनामे हो चुके हैं। मगर कुछ जगह त्रुटियां पाई गई है, जिसकी जांच बदायूं प्रशासन कर रहा है।
इसी दस्तावेजों की फाइलें बदायूं जिला अधिकारी कार्यालय के बराबर के रूम में रखी गई थी। अब खबर यह है कि इन्हीं फाइलों के सभी दस्तावेज फाड़ दिए गए हैं। वहीं इस मामले में चपरासी ने बताया कि शनिवार को ताला बंद कर सभी लोग चले गए थे। जब सोमवार को आए तब गंगा एक्सप्रेसवे के कागजात फटे हुए थे। अंदेशा है कि बंदरों ने यह सारे दस्तावेज फाड़ दिए हैं। पास की खिड़की में जाली टूटी हुई थी और शीशा भी नहीं था। जब इसकी जानकरी पर मीडिया पहुंची तो वहां के बाबू ने पत्रकारों को ही हड़काना शुरू कर दिया। बंदर कैसे अंदर आए, इस सवाल पर वह बचते दिखाई दिए और खिड़कियों की जाली और शीशा टूटने के सवाल पर भड़क गए।
प्रशासन द्वारा अनुमति लेकर वीडियोग्राफी करने की बात करते रहे। इस मामले में एडीएम फाइनेंस संतोष कुमार वैश्य का कहना है कि शीशा टूटा होने के चलते साइड से बंदर जाली के अंदर से आ गए और सारा सामान बर्बाद कर दिया। उसको ठीक कराया जा रहा है। यह झुंड शनिवार या रविवार को अंदर आया और उसी ने दस्तावेजों को नुकसान पहुंचाया।बता दें कि इस मामले में बड़ा सवाल जिला प्रशासन पर भी खड़ा हो रहा है कि इतने महत्वपूर्ण दस्तावेजों की सुरक्षा के लिए पुख्ता इंतजाम क्यों नहीं किए गए थे, जबकि संभल जनपद में बड़ा घोटाला एक्सप्रेसवे में सामने आ चुका है।
