22 से अधिक डाॅक्टरों की टीम को यात्रा मार्ग में किया गया तैनात: सचिव पशुपालन
देहरादून। सचिव पशुपालन डॉ बी.वी.आर.सी पुरुषोत्तम ने बुधवार को सचिवालय स्थित मीडिया सेंटर में केदारनाथ मार्ग में संचालित घोड़े खच्चरों में एक्वाइन इन्फ्लूएंजा वायरस के बारे में पशुपालन विभाग द्वारा किए जा रहे प्रभावी कदम के बारे में प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस कर विस्तृत जानकारी दी। उन्होंने बताया कि वायरस की जानकारी मिलने के बाद मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी एवं पशुपालन मंत्री सौरव बहुगुणा के निर्देश पर पशुपालन विभाग ने कई महत्वपूर्ण कदम उठाएं हैं। सचिव पशुपालन ने बताया कि राष्ट्रीय अश्व अनुसंधान संस्थान ने बीते 26 मार्च 2025 को रूद्रप्रयाग जिले के दो गांव में घोड़े खच्चरों की सैंपलिंग की थी , जिसमें एक्वाइन इन्फ्लूएंजा वायरस से संक्रमित घोड़े होने की सूचना मिली थी। उसके बाद पशुपालन विभाग ने कई तैयारियां की, 4 अप्रैल से यात्रा शुरू होने तक उत्तराखंड में 16 हजार घोड़े- खच्चरों की सैंपलिंग की गई हैं, सैंपलिंग में जो घोड़े नेगेटिव आए हैं, उन्हीं घोड़ों को यात्रा में ले जाने की अनुमति दी गई। 16 हजार घोड़ों की सैंपलिंग में 152 सैंपल पॉजिटिव आए हैं , एवं इन 152 सैंपल का पुनः आर.टी.पी.सी.आर टेस्ट भी कराया गया। जिसमें किसी भी घोड़े खच्चर की रिपोर्ट पॉजिटिव नहीं पाई गई। सचिव पशुपालन ने बताया कि 2 दिन की यात्रा में 13 घोड़े खच्चरो की मृत्यु होने की सूचना प्राप्त हुई है। जिसमें 8 घोड़ों की मृत्यु “डायरिया” एवं 5 घोड़ों की मृत्यु “एक्यूट कोलिक“ से हुई है, इसके साथ ही विस्तृत रिपोर्ट के लिए इनके सैंपल आई.वी.आर.आई.बरेली भेजे गए हैं। उन्होंने बताया मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए 22 से अधिक डॉक्टरों की टीम को यात्रा मार्ग में तैनात किया गया है। सचिव पशुपालन ने बताया कि पशुपालन विभाग द्वारा इस स्थिति से निपटने के लिए जनपद में एक मुख्य पशुचिकित्सा अधिकारी, दो उप मुख्य पशुचिकित्सा अधिकारी, 22 पशु चिकित्सक, राष्ट्रीय अश्व अनुसंधान केंद्र के दो वैज्ञानिकों की टीम तैनात की गई है। सचिव पशुपालन ने बताया इसके अतिरिक्त पंतनगर विश्वविद्यालय के दो विशेषज्ञ डॉक्टरों की तैनाती भी की हा रही है। दोनों विशेषज्ञ डॉक्टर वर्ष 2009 में भी इस बीमारी के रोकथाम में सक्रिय रूप के कार्य कर चुके हैं। सचिव पशुपालन ने बताया कि यात्रा को सुचारू करने के लिए स्वस्थ एवं अस्वस्थ घोड़े खच्चरों को चिन्हित किया जा रहा है। अस्वस्थ घोड़े को यात्रा मार्ग में जाने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी। साथ ही स्वस्थ घोड़ों की सैंपलिंग कर रिपोर्ट नेगेटिव आने पर ही उन्हें यात्रा मार्ग में ले जाने की अनुमति होगी। उन्होंने बताया कि हर वर्ष यात्रा मार्ग पर पड़ोसी राज्य उत्तर प्रदेश से 2-3 हजार घोड़े खच्चर आते हैं। एक्वाइन इन्फ्लूएंजा वायरस से बचाव के चलते यूपी से आने वाले घोड़ों- खच्चरों पर वर्तमान समय तक पूर्ण रूप से प्रतिबंध लगाया है। सचिव पशुपालन ने बताया कि एक्वाइन इन्फ्लूएंजा वायरस में जानवरों से मनुष्यों में संक्रमण नहीं फैलाता है, परंतु यह घोड़े- खच्चरों में इसका संक्रमण बहुत तेजी से फैलता है। सचिव पशुपालन ने बताया कि केदार घाटी में घोड़े- खच्चरों में बढ़ते संक्रमण को देखते हुए स्थानीय लोगों एवं घोड़े-खच्चर व्यवसायियों व अन्य संगठनों द्वारा भी यात्रा मार्ग पर घोड़े खच्चरों पर लगी रोक को आगे बढाने का अनुरोध किया गया है। ताकि यात्रा मार्ग पर घोड़े खच्चरों में और संक्रमण बढ़ने की स्थिति उत्पन्न ना हो। उन्होंने बताया कि घोड़े खच्चरों के पुनः संचालन के लिए जिला प्रशासन द्वारा स्थानीय स्तर पर निर्णय लिया जाएगा।
