ऋषिकेश। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने गुरुवार को ऋषिकेश स्थित आई.डी.पी.एल मैदान में भाजपा उत्तराखंड द्वारा आयोजित विजय संकल्प रैली में प्रतिभाग किया। इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने ष्पहाड़ी वाद्य यंत्र हुड़का उपहार स्वरूप प्रधानमंत्री को भेंट कर उनका स्वागत किया। इस दौरान प्रधानमंत्री ने स्वयं भी हुड़का बजाया।ष्
प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने कहा कि ष्मां गंगा के सानिध्य में बसे, चार धाम के द्वार ऋषिकेश में इतनी विशाल संख्या में लोग हमें आशीर्वाद देने आए हैं।ष् उन्होंने कहा जब भी वो उत्तराखंड आते हैं तो अपने परिवारजनों के साथ पुरानी यादें भी ताजा करते हैं। प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कल मैं ष्भारत के दक्षिणी छोर पर, सागर तट पर बसे तमिलनाडु में था। वहां भी लोग कह रहे हैं- फिर एक बार मोदी सरकारष्। उन्होंने कहा आज वो हिमालय की गोद में, बाबा ष्केदार और बद्री विशाल के सानिध्य में आए हैं तो यहां भी फिर एक बार मोदी सरकार की गूंज हैष्। उन्होंने कहा ये गूंज इसलिए है क्योंकि देश के लोगों ने पूर्ण बहुमत वाली स्थिर सरकार का काम देखा है।
प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा ष्उत्तराखंड देवभूमि है, देवभूमि में देवताओं का आवाहन करने की परंपरा है। “हुड़का” की थाप से देवताओं का आह्वान किया जाता है। उन्होंने कहा आज उन्हें भी देवता रूपी जनता जनार्दन का आह्वान करने के लिए हुड़का बजाने का सौभाग्य मिलाष्। प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा सरकार ने बीते 10 साल में भारत को कई गुना ज्यादा मजबूत बना दिया है। जब देश में कमजोर और अस्थिर सरकार रही है, तब दुश्मनों ने फायदा उठाया है। कमजोर और अस्थिर सरकारो में भारत में आतंकवाद ने पैर पसारे। आज भारत में मोदी की मजबूत सरकार है, इसलिए आतंकवादियों को घर में घुसकर मारा जाता है, ष्भारत का तिरंगा युद्धक्षेत्र में भी सुरक्षा की गारंटी बनता है, जम्मू कश्मीर से आर्टिकल-370 खात्मा होती है, तीन तलाक के खिलाफ कानून बनाया जाता है, महिलाओं को लोकसभा और विधानसभा में आरक्षण दिया जाता है, सामान्य वर्ग के गरीबों को भी 10 प्रतिशत आरक्षण दिया जाता है।ष्
प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि मोदी ने वन रैंक वन पेंशन लागू करने की गारंटी दी थी और इसे पूरा करके दिखाया। उन्होंने कहा कांग्रेस कहती थी, वन रैंक वन पेंशन लागू करके हम पूर्व सैनिकों को 500 करोड़ रुपए देंगे। उन्होंने कहा हमारी सरकार ने वन रैंक वन पेंशन लागू करके पूर्व सैनिकों को एक लाख करोड़ रुपए से ज्यादा दिए हैं। उत्तराखंड में भी ओ.आर.ओ.पी के साढ़े 3 हजार करोड़ रुपए से ज्यादा सैनिक परिवारों को मिले हैं। उन्होंने कहा कांग्रेस के समय में जवानों के पास बुलेटप्रूफ जैकेट तक की कमी थी। दुश्मन की गोली से बचाने के लिए पुख्ता इंतजाम नहीं थे। पर भाजपा की सरकार ने भारत में बनी बुलेट प्रूफ जैकेट अपने सैनिकों को दी, उनके जीवन की रक्षा की। आधुनिक राइफल से लेकर लड़ाकू विमान और विमान वाहक पोत तक आज देश में ही बन रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा जनता का उत्साह और जोश मेरे सर आंखों में है। उन्होंने कहा ष्उत्तराखंड वालों के लिए मैं घर का सदस्य हूं। उत्तराखंड वासियों से निकट का नाता रहा है। उत्तराखंड के प्यार को जीवन में नहीं भुलाया जा सकता है।ष्
प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि ष्कांग्रेस की कमजोर सरकार, सीमाओं पर आधुनिक इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर नहीं बना पाई। पर आज हमारी सरकार पूरी सीमा पर आधुनिक सड़कें, सुरंगें बना रही हैष्। उन्होंने कहा बाबा केदार की भूमि से उन्होंने ये दशक उत्तराखंड का दशक बताया था। उन्होंने कहा ष्हमारी सरकार उत्तराखंड के सामर्थ्य का लगातार विस्तार करने में जुटी है। जिसमे पर्यटन की बड़ी भूमिका है। ऋषिकेश, पर्यटन का सबसे महत्वपूर्ण केंद्र हैष्। राफ्टिंग, कैंपिंग, एडवेंचर, आध्यात्म और योग, ऋषिकेश की पहचान है और हर कोई व्यक्ति यहां आकर आनंद से भर जाता है। उन्होंने कहा भाजपा सरकार उत्तराखंड के पर्यटन को बढ़ावा देकर रोजगार के नए अवसर तैयार कर रही है, ष्देश के किसी भी हिस्से से पर्यटकों के लिए उत्तराखंड के कोने-कोने तक पहुंचना आसान हो इसके लिए देवभूमि में रोडवेज, रेलवेज और एयरवेज की सुविधा बढ़ा रहे हैं।ष् ऋषिकेश-कर्णप्रयाग रेलवे लाइन पर तेजी से काम चल रहा है। दिल्ली से देहरादून की दूरी भी सिमट रही है। ष्उत्तराखंड के जिन सीमावर्ती गांवों को कांग्रेस अंतिम गांव कहती थी, भाजपा उन्हें देश का पहला गांव मानकर विकास कर रही है।ष्
प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा मानसखंड के तीर्थ स्थानों जैसे आदि कैलाश, ओम पर्वत दर्शन के लिए हेलीकाप्टर सेवाएं शुरू हो गई हैं। यमुनोत्री, केदारनाथ और हेमकुंड साहिब में रोप-वे बनने से बहुत सुविधा हो जाएगी। चार धाम परियोजना के तहत केदारनाथ, बद्रीनाथ, गंगोत्री और यमुनोत्री को लगभग 900 किलोमीटर लंबे हाइवे से जोड़ा जा रहा है। इन सब प्रयासों से श्रद्धालुओं को उत्तराखंड पहुंचने में काफी आसानी हो रही है। उन्होंने कहा ष्भाजपा की नीयत सही है। और जब नीयत सही होती है, तो नतीजे भी सही मिलते हैंष्। उन्होंने कहा 2017 तक केदारनाथ में एक साल के भीतर करीब 5 लाख श्रद्धालुओं के पहुंचने का रिकॉर्ड था। पिछले वर्ष करीब 20 लाख यात्री केदारनाथ के दर्शन के लिए आए। चारधाम यात्रा में पिछले वर्ष 55 लाख से ज्यादा श्रद्धालुओं ने उत्तराखंड की यात्रा की। उन्होंने कहा मानसखंड में आदि कैलाश और ओम पर्वत में भी यात्रियों की संख्या भी तेजी से बड़ी है। उन्होंने कहा ष्पर्यटन बढ़ने का मतलब है, रोजगार के ज्यादा से ज्यादा मौकेष्।
प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड में हो रहे विकास ने अब पलायन की खबरों को बीते दिन की बात बना दिया है। अब उत्तराखंड के स्टार्टअप की खबरें आती हैं। ष्उत्तराखंड के नौजवानों ने एक हजार से अधिक स्टार्टअप रजिस्टर किए हैं, जिसमें 500 स्टार्टअप बेटियों के हैंष्। मुद्रा योजना से लाखों नौजवानों को बिना गारंटी के ऋण मिले हैं। उन्होंने कहा ष्कांग्रेस की सरकार में गरीब, नौजवान का पैसा, बिचैलिए खा जाते थे। पर भाजपा सरकार में लोगों के हक का पैसा सीधे उनके बैंक खातों में ट्रांसफर हो रहा है।ष् उन्होंने बताया उत्तराखंड के किसानों को पीएम किसान सम्मान निधि का 2600 करोड़ रुपए से अधिक मिल चुका है। उन्होंने कहा ष्हमारी सरकार ने लूट बंद की है, इसलिए कांग्रेस मोदी से गुस्सा है। उन्होंने कहा मोदी कह रहा है भ्रष्टाचार हटाओ, वो कह रहे हैं भ्रष्टाचारी बचाओ।ष्
