बेंगलुरू। कर्नाटक के बेलगावी जिले के मुदालगी कस्बे में इंसानियत को शर्मसार कर देने वाला मामला प्रकाश में आया है, जहां नाले में 7 भू्रण मिले हैं। इन भू्रणों को बोतल में बंद कर नाले में फेंक दिया गया था। मीडिया रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, स्थानीय पुलिस स्टेशन में मामला दर्ज कराया गया है। जिला स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी ;डीएचओद्ध महेश कोनी ने बताया कि ये भू्रण 5 महीने पुराने हैं। इन्हें लिंग पता करने के प्रक्रिया से गुजरना पड़ा है। जिला स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने मामले में जांच के आदेश दे दिए हैं। स्थानीय लोगों को भ्रूण जिस स्थान पर मिले हैं, वो जगह जिले में बस स्टाॅप के पास है। इनके मिलते ही लोगों ने पुलिस को इसकी शिकायत की। सूचना मिलने के बाद पुलिस घटनास्थल पर आई और वहां का निरीक्षण किया।
जिला स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण अधिकारी डाक्टर महेश कोनी ने मीडिया कर्मियों से कहा, श्एक कनस्तर में सात भू्रण मिले हैं। पांच महीने के भू्रण में भू्रण के लिंग का पता लगाने और हत्या करने का मामला सामने आया है। जिला प्रशासन को सूचना देने के तुरंत बाद अधिकारियों की टीम गठित कर जांच की जाएगी। उन्होंने आगे कहा, इन भू्रण को एक अस्पताल में रखा गया था और जांच के लिए जिला कार्यात्मक विज्ञान केंद्र लाया गया है। इस मामले में पुलिस केस दर्ज किया गया है। आगे की जांच की जा रही है।
इससे पहले बीते महीने ऐसी ही खबर उत्तर प्रदेश से भी सामने आई थी। यहां उत्तर प्रदेश पुलिस ने नोएडा के फेस-3 थाना क्षेत्र के सेक्टर-71 स्थित एक होटल से छह माह का भू्रण बरामद किया था। अधिकारियों ने यह जानकारी दी थी। उन्होंने बताया कि एक महिला और पुरुष होटल के एक कमरे में दो दिन रुके थे और जब वे होटल से गए, तब वहां के कर्मचारियों को कमरे से भ्रूण मिला। अधिकारियों के मुताबिक, कमरा लेने के लिए जमा कराए गए आधार कार्ड के विवरण से महिला का पता लगा लिया गया है, जबकि पुरुष का आधार कार्ड फर्जी निकला है।
थाना प्रभारी विवेक त्रिवेदी के अनुसार, मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए इसकी जांच के लिए पुलिस की कई टीमें बनाई गई हैं। उन्होंने बताया था कि होटल में लगे सीसीटीवी कैमरे और निगरानी प्रणाली की मदद से आरोपियों की तलाश की जा रही है। त्रिवेदी के मुताबिक, पुलिस को शक है कि महिला के साथ आया व्यक्ति चिकित्सक था और उसने होटल के कमरे में महिला का अवैध रूप से गर्भपात किया था।
