विभागीय भूमि पर चिन्हित अतिक्रमण पर सीधे करें कार्रवाई: डीएम
देहरादून। जिलाधिकारी सविन बंसल ने ऋषिपर्णा सभागार में राजस्व एवं संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक कर सरकारी संपत्तियों को अतिक्रमण मुक्त कराने और विभागीय लैंड बैंक तैयार करने के संबंध में एक समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की। बैठक में उन्होंने संबंधित विभागों को निर्देश दिया कि वे सरकारी भूमि पर अवैध कब्जों की पहचान कर तुरंत कार्रवाई करें। सरकारी सम्पत्तियों पर अतिक्रमणों के मामले पीपी एक्ट में सुनने पर नाराजगी व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि पीपीएक्ट के प्रकरण सरकारी भूमि पर नही बल्कि भवन पर लागू होता है, पीपीएक्ट का कोई भी बहाना स्वीकार नही किया जाएगा। उन्होंने निर्देश दिए कि सभी उपजिलाधिकारियों पीपी एक्ट के 21 दिन में निस्तारण करें। बैठक में कोई भी पीपी एक्ट में मामला न दिखे। उन्होेंने कहा कि पीपी एक्ट का हवाला डालते हुए अपनी जिम्मेदारियों से विमुख नही हो सकते हैं, अतिक्रमण पर प्रभावी कार्यवाही किया जाना जरूरी है इसके लिए विभाग प्रभावी कार्य करें। साथ ही संबंधित विभाग के अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि उनके द्वारा चिन्हित किए गए अतिक्रमण को 15 जनवरी से पूर्व हटा लिया जाए। बैठक में प्रतिभाग न करने पर एक्सियन एनएच एवं अधिशासी अधिकारी हरर्बटपुर का वेतन रोकने के निर्देश दिए। जिलाधिकारी ने सभी विभागों से अपनी संपत्तियों पर अतिक्रमण की स्थिति पर की गई कार्यवाही की जानकारी प्राप्त करते हुए तुरंत नियमानुसार अतिक्रमण हटाने की प्रक्रिया शुरू करने के निर्देश दिए ।जिलाधिकारी ने कब्जाधारियों को नोटिस देकर समयसीमा के भीतर भूमि खाली कराने के निर्देश दिए गए। उन्होंने ने यह भी स्पष्ट किया कि सरकारी भूमि का संरक्षण प्रशासन की प्राथमिकता है और इसमें किसी प्रकार की लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी। इस कार्य के लिए एक समयब( योजना बनाई गई है, जिससे सरकारी संपत्तियों का प्रभावी उपयोग सुनिश्चित हो सके।
