वनाग्नि पर नियंत्रण के लिए जन भागीदारी सुनिश्चित की जाए: सीएम
देहरादून। राज्य में वनाग्नि की चुनौतियों से समाधान के लिए वनाग्नि की पिछली घटनाओं में आई समस्याओं का ध्यान में रखते हुए आगे की योजनाएं बनाई जाए। वनाग्नि पर नियंत्रण के लिए जन भागीदारी सुनिश्चित की जाए। सभी विभागों के साथ ही सामाजिक संगठनों, गैर सरकारी संगठनों, महिला मंगल दलों, युवक मंगल दलों और वन पंचायतों का भी वनाग्नि की घटनाओं को रोकने में सहयोग लिया जाए। वनों में आग लगाने वाले असामाजिक तत्वों के खिलाफ भी सख्त कार्रवाई की जाए। ये निर्देश मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने गुरूवार को आई.टी.पार्क देहरादून स्थित राज्य आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण में वनाग्नि नियंत्रण के लिए राष्ट्रीय आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण, गृह मंत्रालय भारत सरकार तथा उत्तराखण्ड राज्य आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण द्वारा आयोजित मॉक ड्रिल के दौरान अधिकारियों को दिये। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि वनाग्नि पर प्रभावी नियंत्रण के लिए सभी विभागों को एकजुटता से कार्य करना होगा। उन्होंने अपर मुख्य सचिव श्री आर.के. सुधांशु को निर्देश दिये कि वनाग्नि की घटनाओं को रोकने के लिए सभी विभागों की भागीदारी सुनिश्चित करने के लिए पत्र जारी किया जाए। वनाग्नि को रोकने के लिए शीतलाखेत मॉडल के साथ ही चाल-खाल, तलैया और अन्य प्रभावी उपायों पर कार्य किये जाएं। इसके लिए जलागम विभाग का भी सहयोग लिया जाए। आधुनिक तकनीक के प्रयोग पर अधिक बल दिया जाए। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि वनाग्नि से राज्य को अनेक चुनौतियों से जूझना पड़ता है। वन संपदा के नुकसान के साथ ही पशु हानि भी होती है। उन्होंने कहा कि वनाग्नि पर नियंत्रण के लिए व्यापक स्तर पर नियमित जागरूकता अभियान चलाये जाए। नवाचारों पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जाए। उन्होंने सभी प्रदेशवासियों से भी अपील की है कि वनाग्नि की घटनाओं को रोकने में सक्रिय भागीदारी निभाएं।
वनाग्नि पर नियंत्रण के लिए संयुक्त रूप से आयोजित इस मॉक ड्रिल में 06 जनपदों के 16 स्थान चिन्हित किये गये। वनाग्नि के कारण विभिन्न परिस्थितियों का किस तरह समाधान करना है, रिस्पांस टाइम कम करने, वनाग्नि को रोकने के लिए जन सहयोग और अन्य प्रभावी उपायों पर मॉक ड्रिल की गई । मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि इस तरह की मॉक ड्रिल से जरूर वनाग्नि के समय उस पर नियंत्रण पाने में मदद मिलेगी। केन्द्रीय गृह मंत्रालय द्वारा वनाग्नि को रोकने के लिए राज्य को आधुनिक उपकरण देने पर भी मुख्यमंत्री ने आभार व्यक्त किया। इस अवसर पर राज्य सलाहकार समिति आपदा प्रबंधन विभाग के उपाध्यक्ष श्री विनय कुमार रुहेला, प्रमुख सचिव श्री आरके सुधांशु, सचिव आपदा प्रबंधन एवं पुनर्वास श्री विनोद कुमार सुमन, आईजी फायर श्री मुख्तार मोहसिन, एनडीएमए के सीनियर कंसल्टेंट श्री आदित्य कुमार, अपर सचिव आपदा प्रबंधन एवं पुनर्वास श्री आनंद स्वरूप, अपर मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी क्रियान्वयन डीआईजी श्री राजकुमार नेगी, अपर सचिव श्री विनीत कुमार, अपर प्रमुख वन संरक्षक श्री निशांत वर्मा, संयुक्त मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी मोहम्मद ओबेदुल्लाह अंसारी और वर्चुअल माध्यम से संबंधित जिलाधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
