काशीपुर। संगठित गिरोह बनाकर शातिर तरीके से लोगों के एटीएम कार्ड मशीन में फंसाने के बाद झांसा देकर उनके खाते से रकम उड़ा ले जाने वाले तीन शातिरों को पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार किया है। तीनों यूपी के रहने वाले हैं। इनके खिलाफ यूपी के गाजियाबाद व उत्तराखंड के कोटद्वार में मुकदमे दर्ज हैं। इनका एक साथी पुलिस की पकड़ में नहीं आ सका है। मौहल्ला काजीबाग निवासी राजेश कुमार एवं रेलवे कालौनी निवासी अमीर चन्द्र ने पुलिस में तहरीर देकर बीती 9 अक्टूबर को अपने एटीएम कार्ड से धोखाधड़ी से हजारों रूपये निकाले जाने की शिकायत की थी। मामले में पुलिस ने केस दर्ज करने के साथ ही टीमें गठित कर सीसीटीवी फुटेज खंगालते हुए संदिग्धों के फोटो व वीडियो तैयार कर जांच पड़ताल शुरू की। आज घटना का अनावरण करते हुए एसएसपी मंजूनाथ टीसी ने बताया कि वाहन चैकिंग के दौरान मुखबिर खास की सूचना पर एक कार रोककर तलाशी ली गई तो आईसीआईसीआई मर्चेन्ट सर्विसेज की ई-स्वैप एक मशीन, पेटीएम पैमेंट बैंक की एक मशीन, एक प्लास (एमटीएम में फंसें कार्ड को खींच कर निकालने के लिये प्रयुक्त), फैबीक्यूक के 24 पाउच, विभिन्न बैंकों के दस एटीएम जिनमें से कई में में प्लास से खींचने के निशान, छियालीस हजार तीन सौ रूपये नकद, कोटक महेेन्द्रा बैंक की चैक बुक,पांच स्मार्ट फोन व दो की-पैड फोन बरामद हुए। पुलिस ने कार कब्जे में लेने के साथ ही कार सवारों को हिरासत में ले लिया। हिरासत में लिये गये रोहित कुमार पुत्र धर्मेन्द्र निवासी सैक्टर 63 गौतमबुद्धनगर यूपी, नाजिम पुत्र शखावत निवासी मूल पता ग्राम शहबाजपुर भवानीपुर जिला संभल यूपी, मनीष कुमार पुत्र बृजेश कुमार निवासी छाजरसी सैक्टर 68 तहसील दादरी गौतमबुद्धनगर यूपी ने दौराने पूछताछ बताया कि उनके द्वारा 9 अक्टूबर को काशीपुर क्षेत्र में आईसीआईसीआई बैंक व पीएनबी के एटीएम स्लाॅट में फैबक्विक लगाकर कस्टमर के एटीएम को एटीएम में फंसा दिया गया और कस्टमर के जाने के बाद प्लास की सहायता से एटीएम निकालकर रूपये निकाले गये। इसी तरह 10 अक्टूबर को कोटद्वार में, जबकि कुछ दिन पूर्व हापुड़ व नोएडा में भी इसी तरह की वारदात को अंजाम दिया गया। एसएसपी ने बताया कि दौराने पूछताछ युवकों ने कहा कि उनका चार लोगों का एक संगठित गिरोह है। सबसे पहले उनका एक साथी एटीएम में जाकर फर्जी टोलफ्री नम्बर एटीएम मशीन के ऊपर रख देता है। उसके पश्चात वही आदमी एटीएम स्लाॅट में फैबक्विक लगाकर एटीएम से बाहर आ जाता है और जैसे ही कोई कस्टमर एटीएम से रूपये निकालने जाता है और एटीएम डालकर रूपये निकालता है। फैवीक्विक लगा होने के कारण एटीएम स्लाॅट में ही चिपक जाता है और एटीएम न निकलने पर उनका दूसरा साथी रूपये निकालने के बहाने एटीएम में जाता है और कस्टमर से समस्या पूछता है। जब कस्टमर उनके साथी को बताता है कि मेरा कार्ड एटीएम में फंस गया है तब उनका तीसरा साथी कस्टमर को फर्जी टोलफ्री नम्बर पर काॅल करने को कहता है। उनका तीसरा साथी जो फर्जी कस्टमर केयर बना होता है। वह कस्टमर को दोबारा एटीएम पिन डायल करने को कहता है जिसे एटीएम में खड़ा उनका आदमी नोट कर लेता है। उसके बाद उनका फर्जी कस्टमर केयर आदमी कस्टमर से कहता है कि एटीएम मशीन खराब हो गयी है। शाम को हमारा इंजीनियर आयेगा। आपको काॅल करके आपका एटीएम मिल जायेगा। कस्टमर के जाने के बाद एटीएम निकालकर और फिर पेटीएम मशीन में डालकर खाते का बैलेंस चैक करते है यदि बैलेंस ज्यादा है तो उसे स्वैप कर मशीन के माध्यम से अपने कोटक महेन्द्र के खातों में ट्रांसफर कर लेते है जिसे बाद में चैक व एटीएम से निकाल लेते हैं। कभी-कभी कस्टमर के एटीएम से ही सुनसान स्थानों पर लगे एटीएमों से ही रूपया निकाल लेते है। अधिकतर वारदातें उन दिनों में करतें हैं जिन दिनों में बैंक बंद होते है। एसएसपी ने बताया कि तीनों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है। जबकि इनके साथी चन्द्रशेखर उर्फ बंटी पुत्र सुरेश मण्डल निवासी छजारसी कालौनी सैक्टर 63 गौतमबुद्धनगर यूपी की तलाश की जा रही है। खुलासे के दौरान एसपी अभय सिंह व सीओ वंदना वर्मा भी मौजूद थे। पुलिस टीम में
