देहरादून। जिलाधिकरी सविन बसंल ने )षिपर्णा सभागार कलेक्ट्रेट में पौंटा बल्लुपुर राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के कुछ छोटे-छोटे पैच पर आ रही रूकावटों के समाधान को लेकर समीक्षा बैठक ली। जिलाधिकारी ने एनएचआई के ईस्टहोपटाउन, शीशमबाड़ा, कुल्हाल, तथा प्रेमनगर में आ रहे व्यवधान पर एनएचआई, एसडीएम विकासनगर व सदर को डीएम के कड़े निर्देश अगले 15 दिन में कार्य पूर्ण चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि राष्ट्रीय महत्व के प्राजेक्ट पर अनावश्यक व्यवधान बर्दाश्त नही किया जाएगा। ऐसा करने वालो व जबरन नेेतागिरि करने वालों पर प्राथमिकी दर्ज की जाए। साथ सरकारी सम्पत्तियों को नुकसान पंहुचाने वाले आसामाजिक तत्वों पर संगीन मुकदमें करते हुए जेल भेजा जाए। उन्होंने उप जिलाधिकारी विकासनगर को निर्देशित किया कि उनके क्षेत्रान्तर्गत ईस्टहोपटाउन में 2, शीशमबाड़ा 1 स्थान पर उत्पन्न हो रहे अनावश्यक व्यवधान को तत्काल निस्तारण करते हुए फोर्स की मौजूदगी में कार्य पूर्ण करें। तथा प्रेमनगर में तहसील सदर अन्तर्गत 1 स्थान पर सम्बन्धितों की कांउसिलिंग की जाए की वे अपना अधिग्रहण मुआवजा प्राप्त कर लें तथा अधिग्रहित भूमि पर तत्काल कब्जा लेते हुए कार्य प्रारम्भ कराएं। उक्त हाईवे पर मात्र 730 मी0 क्षेत्र में निर्माण कार्य अनाश्यक अटका है जिनमें इस्टहोपटाउन में 200 मी0 व 120 मी0, प्रेमनगर में 290 मी0, शीशमबाड़ा में 120 मी0 है। जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि मा0 सीएम के अपेक्षानुसार राष्ट्रीय महत्व के प्राजेक्ट पर सभी रूकावटें दूर करते हुए उन पर तत्काल कार्य प्रारम्भ किया जाए। जिलाधिकारी ने स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए कि राष्ट्रीय महत्व के प्राजेक्ट पर किसी भी प्रकार का व्यवधान उत्पन्न करने वालों के विरू( प्राथमिकी दर्ज करते हुए फोर्स की मौजदूगी कार्य पूर्ण किया जाए इसके लिए सम्बन्धित उप जिलाधिकारी तहसीलदारों को कडेघ् निर्देश डीएम ने जारी किए हैं।
