काशीपुर। मौहल्ला पक्काकोट अन्तर्गत एक कालौनी निवासी महिला ने अपर मुख्य न्यायिक मजिस्टेªट की अदालत में प्रार्थनापत्र देकर बताया कि बीती 6 अगस्त की रात पड़ोसी ने धमकी दी की हिमालय का मुकदमा वापस ले लो वरना आज तुझे जान से मार दूंगा। आरोप है कि डा. चंचल व उसके पुत्र विन्नी ने धारदार हथियार से महिला के भाईयों पर प्राणघातक हमला कर दिया और परिवार के अन्य लोगों के साथ भी मारपीट कर धमकाया। इस दौरान बाइक भी क्षतिग्रस्त कर दी गई। सूचना पर पुलिस मौके पर पहंुची और घायलों का मेडिकल कराया। आरोप है कि हमलावर अभी भी महिला व उसके परिवार को जान से मारने की धमकी दे रहे हैं। लेकिन पुलिस कोई कार्यवाही नहीं कर रही है। प्रार्थनापत्र का संज्ञान लेती अदालत ने आरोपियों के विरू( केस दर्ज करने का आदेश दिया। आदेश का पालन करती पुलिस ने डा. चंचल पुत्र जगदीश, विन्नी व अमित पुत्रगण डा. चंचल, सरोज पत्नी डा. चंचल, कु. सीमा पुत्री डा. चंचल के खिलाफ संबंधित धाराओं के तहत केस दर्ज कर लिया है।
