निकाय चुनाव बाद चलेगा राशन कार्ड सत्यापन अभियान
देहरादून। दूसरे राज्यों के लोगों द्वारा उत्तराखंड में राशन कार्ड बनाने की शिकायतों को गंभीरता से लेते हुए सरकार ने जांच का निर्णय लिया है। खाद्य विभाग को पिछले कुछ वर्षों में बनाए गए राशन कार्ड का सत्यापन कराने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। कैंट रोड स्थित कैंप कार्यालय में आयुष्मान योजना की समीक्षा के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने आयुष्मान कार्ड के दुरूपयोग और दोहरे उपयोग को रोकने के लिए कार्यवाही करने के निर्देश दिए। राज्य में पिछले एक साल के भीतर उपभोक्ताओं की तीन श्रेणियों में 78 हजार से ज्यादा नए राशन कार्ड बनाए गए हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने आयुष्मान योजना से जुड़े विभागों का बारी-बारी से अपडेट लिया। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार की सभी कल्याणकारी योजनाएं राज्य के जरूरतमंद लोगों के लिए बनाई हैं। राज्य के हर जरूरतमंद तक उनका लाभ सुनिश्चित किया जाए। खाद्य विभाग के अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि वो राशन कार्ड बनाते वक्त सभी मानकों का सख्ती से पालन करें। कुछ समय पहले बनाए गए राशन कार्ड का सत्यापन भी कराएं।राज्य में एक जनवरी 2023 से एक जनवरी 2024 तक बड़ी संख्या में नए राशन कार्ड बनें है। इसमें अत्योदय श्रेणी में 3877 नए कार्ड बने हैं। राष्ट्रीय खाद्य सुरक्षा योजना के तहत प्राथमिक परिवार श्रेणी में 19 हजार 220 कार्ड बनाए गए हैं। राज्य खाद्य सुरक्षा योजना-एसएफवाई के तहत सर्वाधिक 54 हजार 981 राशन बनाए गए हैं। तीनों ही श्रेणियों में 2.71 लाख नई यूनिट जुड़ी हैं। सूत्रों के अनुसार खाद्य विभाग निकाय चुनाव की आचार संहिता समाप्त होने के बाद प्रदेश में सघन अभियान शुरू करेगा। सूत्रों के अनुसार वर्तमान में निकाय चुनाव की वजह से शहरी क्षेत्रों में नए राशन कार्ड नहीं बनाए जा रहे हैं। राशन कार्ड बनाने के लिए आधार कार्ड, बिजली-पानी का बिल, किरायानामा, स्थानीय जनप्रतिनियों का प्रमाणपत्र भी अनिवार्य होता है। यदि किसी स्तर पर अनियमितता होगी तो कार्रवाई भी की जाएगी।
