काशीपुर। नकल विरोधी कानून लागू होने की खुशी में आज भारतीय जनता पार्टी नगर मंडल के तत्वाधान में आभार रैली का आयोजन किया गया। आभार रैली के दौरान भारतीय जनता पार्टी नगर मंडल अध्यक्ष अभिषेक गोयल के नेतृत्व में मौहल्ला किला से मेन बाजार होते हुए महाराणा प्रताप चैक तक आभार रैली निकाली गई।
इस दौरान काशीपुर जिला अध्यक्ष गुंजन सुखीजा ने कहा कि नकल विरोधी सख्त कानून लागू करने पर मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी का आभार प्रकट करने हेतु रैली का आयोजन किया गया, जिसमें युवाओं ने बढ़ चढ़कर भाग लिया। उन्होंने कहा कि नकल विरोधी कानून में पहली बार नकल का दोषी पाए जाने वाले अभ्यर्थी को 3 साल की कैद और पांच लाख का जुर्माना, दूसरी बार नकल करते पाए जाने पर 10 साल की कैद व दस लाख का जुर्माना जबकि नकल को लेकर संगठित अपराध की दशा में जेल के साथ ही 10 करोड़ का जुर्माना देना होगा। नकल माफियाओं की संपत्ति सरकार की निहित का भी प्रावधान रखा गया है। वक्ताओं ने कहा कि अब किसी की हिम्मत नहीं होगी कि वह नकल के बारे में भी सोचे। इसके अलावा भी कानून में कई प्रावधान नकल रोकने के लिए बनाए गए हैं। आभार रैली में महापौर ऊषा चैधरी, प्रदेश मंत्री गुरविंदर सिंह चंडोक, पीसीयू चैयरमेन राम मेहरोत्रा, सीमा चैहान, आनंद वैश्य, विनीत अरोरा, विवेक अरोरा सनी, लवीश अरोरा, सर्वेश शर्मा, अनुज शर्मा, विवेक अरोरा, तुषार अग्रवाल, रोहित नागर, गोवर्धन शर्मा, बीके महेश्वरी, अविनेश यादव, राजकुमार यादव, राहुल अग्रवाल, रवि प्रजापति पार्षद, अनीता काम्बोज, कविता यादव, विपिन अरोरा, राबिया बेगम, कल्पना राणा, वैशाली गुप्ता, अभिनव राजपूत, रीति नागर, सुधा रानी, योगेश सैनी, सुभाष शर्मा, मनोज अग्रवाल, घनश्याम सैनी, सचिन ठाकुर, संतोष कुमारी पार्षद, मंजू यादव, दीपक अग्रवाल बंटी, विनीत चैधरी जैकी, अजय पाल, बृजेश सैनी, पंकज शर्मा, अशोक सैनी आदि तमाम भाजपा कार्यकर्ता जन मौजूद रहे।
