संभल। संभल में घोड़े पर सवार दलित राम किशन की बारात को पुलिस ने सुरक्षा दी, तब जाकर दलित जोड़े की शादी संपन्न हुई। 21 साल की दुल्हन रवीना ने शादी में संगीत देने वाले डीजे के साथ अपने दूल्हे को घोड़े की सवारी करते देखने की इच्छा जताई थी। ऐसे में गुन्नौर इलाके के लोहामई गांव में दलितों की शादी के जुलूसों पर ऊंची जाति के कुछ पुरुषों द्वारा लगाए गए प्रतिबंधों के बाद यूपी पुलिस द्वारा भारी सुरक्षा व्यवस्था की गई थी।
दुल्हन के परिवार के अनुरोध के बाद, पुलिस अधीक्षक (संभल) चक्रेश मिश्रा ने बीती रात को सुचारू रूप से शादी सुनिश्चित करने के लिए आसपास के थानों से भारी बल भेजा।
सर्किल अधिकारी (गुन्नौर) आलोक कुमार सिद्धू और एसएचओ (जुनावाई पुलिस स्टेशन) पुष्कर सिंह अनुष्ठान पूरा होने तक जुलूस के साथ रहे।
बारात के साथ 44 कांस्टेबल, 14 सब-इंस्पेक्टर, एक इंस्पेक्टर और एक ऑफिसर थे। इस शादी में पुलिसकर्मियों ने जोड़े को ‘शादी के उपहारÓ के रूप में 11,000 रुपये का योगदान भी दिया। रवीना के चाचा राजेंद्र वाल्मीकि ने संभल के जिलाधिकारी मनीष बंसल को एक आवेदन दिया था, जिसमें कहा गया था कि, कुछ ऊंची जाति के लोग दलित समुदाय के लोगों को डीजे और घोड़े के साथ बारात नहीं निकालने देंगे। उन्होंने कार्यक्रम के लिए पर्याप्त सुरक्षा की मांग की थी। संभल के एसपी चक्रेश मिश्रा ने कहा, हमने परिवार के अनुरोध पर सुरक्षा प्रदान की। शादी शांतिपूर्ण ढंग से संपन्न हुई और यह अच्छी तरह संपन्न हुई।
