-रोडवेज बस से लघुशंका के लिए उतरा था व्यक्ति
काशीपुर। कुंडा थाना क्षेत्र में आधी रात लघुशंका के लिए बस से उतरे एक व्यक्ति को ट्रक ने कुचल दिया, जिससे उसकी मौके पर ही मौत हो गयी। मृतक पंजाब में चौकीदारी करता था। वह पत्नी के साथ लगभग तीन माह बाद परिजनों से मिलने नेपाल जा रहा था। हादसे की खबर स्थानीय पुलिस को मिलने पर उसने मौके पर पहुंचकर लावारिस खड़े ट्रक को कब्जे में लेने के साथ ही मृतक के शव को पोस्टमार्टम कराने के बाद परिजनों के हवाले कर दिया।
जानकारी के मुताबिक ग्राम अतरिया, जनपद कैलाली, नेपाल निवासी हरि बहादुर ;60द्ध पुत्र भगी सिंह पिछले लगभग 40 वर्ष से धमोली रोड राजपुरा पटियाला पंजाब में चौकीदारी करता था। पता चला है कि लगभग तीन माह बाद वह अपनी पत्नी के साथ परिजनों से मिलने के लिए बस में सवार होकर नेपाल जा रहा था इस दौरान मंगलवार की रात्रि लगभग 2 बजे कुंडा थाना क्षेत्र के शिवराजपुर पट्टी पुलिस चौकी इलाके में टोल टैक्स के करीब बस रुकने पर लघुशंका के लिए बस से नीचे उतरा। बताते हैं कि इसी दौरान पीछे से आ रहे ट्रक संख्या यूपी 20टी/9838 ने वृ( को कुचल दिया जिससे उसकी मौके पर ही मौत हो गयी। इस दौरान ट्रक चालक वाहन छोड़कर मौके से फरार हो गया। मृतक की पत्नी को जब हादसे की भनक लगी तो वह दहाड़ मार कर रोने लगी। स्थानीय पुलिस को मामले की सूचना मिलने पर उसने मौके पर पहुंचकर लावारिस हालत में खड़े ट्रक को कब्जे में लेते हुए मृतक के शव को पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेज दिया। जहां से बुधवार को शव परिजनों के हवाले कर दिया गया। मृतक के तीन पुत्र व तीन पुत्रियां हैं, जिसमें एक पुत्री अभी अविवाहित है।
