देहरादून। चारधाम यात्रा को देखते हुए लोक निर्माण विभाग के सभी अधिकारियों और जिलाधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए गए हैं कि जहां-जहां भी सड़क धंस रही है और भूस्खलन की शिकायत मिल रही है उसकी रोकथाम के साथ-साथ पल-पल की रिपोर्ट सरकार को दी जाए। उक्त बात प्रदेश के लोक निर्माण, पंचायती राज, ग्रामीण निर्माण, पर्यटन, जलागम, धर्मस्व एवं संस्कृति मंत्री सतपाल महाराज ने शनिवार को लोक निर्माण विभाग के अधिकारियों के साथ यमुना कॉलोनी स्थित प्रमुख अभियंता कार्यालय में हुई समीक्षा बैठक के दौरान कही। उन्होंने लोक निर्माण विभाग के अधिकारियों और वर्चुअल जुड़े जिलाधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि चारधाम यात्रा सुचारू एवं निर्बाध रूप से प्रारंभ होने से पूर्व समय से सभी तैयारियां कर ली जाएं। समीक्षा बैठक के दौरान लोक निर्माण मंत्री सतपाल महाराज ने अधिकारियों को पर्वतीय जनपदों में सड़कों के अवरुद्ध होने तथा उनके बेहतर रखरखाव के लिए बेलदारों की आवश्यकता पर जोर देते हुए कहा कि उनकी तत्काल नियुक्ति की जाए और विभाग में रिक्त चल रहे पदों को तत्काल भरा जाए। श्री महाराज ने अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि दैवीय आपदा से क्षतिग्रस्त मार्ग और पुलों के पुनर्निर्माण का कार्य शीघ्रता से किया जाना चाहिए। बैठक में जोशीमठ मैं हुए भू-धंसाव, मारवाड़ी और हेलंग बाईपास के विषय में चर्चा करते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि चार धाम यात्रा पर जितने भी बाईपास है उन्हें भी पूरी तरीके से दुरुस्त कर लिया जाए। लोनिवि मंत्री श्री महाराज ने मार्गों के नवनिर्माण में विस्फोटक इत्यादि का प्रयोग न करते हुए नवीनतम तकनीक का प्रयोग करने की भी अधिकारियों को सलाह दी। उन्होने पीएमजीएसवाई से लोक निर्माण विभाग को हस्तान्तरित मार्गों के अनुरक्षण के लिए तत्काल धनराशि आवंटित कर प्राथमिकता के आधार पर अनुरक्षण कार्य किये जाने के भी आदेश दिए। श्री महाराज ने मार्गों को गढ्ढामुक्त बनाये जाने एवं त्वरित गति से अनुरक्षण कार्य किये जाने हेतु गुजरात राज्य की तर्ज पर मोबाइल एप बनाये जाने की सम्भावनायें तलाशे जाने हेतु भी सलाह दी गयी। बैठक में लोक निर्माण विभाग के प्रमुख सचिव आरके सुधांशु, अपर सचिव विनीत कुमार, प्रमुख अभियंता अयाज अहमद, मुख्य अभियन्ताओं, अधिशासी अभियन्ताओं सहित अपर सचिव, आपदा एवं समस्त जनपदों के जिलाधिकारी, विभागीय अधिकारियों द्वारा वर्चुअल माध्यम से प्रतिभाग किया गया।
