देहरादून । जिलाधिकारी सोनिक ने आज ऋषिकेश में जल भराव वाले क्षेत्र का निरीक्षण किया। निरीक्षण के दौरान जिलाधिकारी ने संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारियों को पानी की निकासी करने के साथ ही कीटनाशकों का छिड़काव करने के निर्देश दिए। जिलाधिकारी ने सम्बन्धित विभागों के अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि युद्धस्तर पर राहत कार्य सम्पादित किये जाएं काार्यों में किसी प्रकार की लापरवाही न बरती जाए। जिलाधिकारी ने ऋषिकेश के हनुमंतपुर गंगा विहार, आमबाग, गुमानीवाला के जलभराव क्षेत्र का निरीक्षण किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने सिंचाई विभाग एवं लोनिवि के अधिकारियों को जल निकासी हेतु पानी को चैनलाइज करने तथा नगर निगम को सफाई के साथ ही कीटनाशकों का छिड़काव करने के निर्देश दिए। ऋषिकेश आमवाला क्षेत्र में निरीक्षण के दौरान जिलाधिकारी ने अधिकारियों को जलभराव की समस्या से निजात दिलाने हेतु त्वरित कार्यवाही करने तथा नाले का पानी रिहायशी क्षेत्र में न आए इसके लिए चैनलाईज करने के निर्देश दिए। साथ ही समस्त जलभराव वाले क्षेत्रों में पानी के निकासी के साथ ही कीटनाशकों का छिड़काव, फॉगिंग कराने के भी निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने जलभराव से निजात दिलाने के लिए स्थाई समाधान करने के निर्देश दिए तथा फौरी राहत के तौर पर क्षेत्र से जल निकासी करने के लिए युद्धस्तर पर कार्य करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने नगर आयुक्त नगर निगम ऋषिकेश एवं उप जिलाधिकारी ऋषिकेश को संबंधित विभागों से समन्वय करते हुए युद्धस्तर पर कार्य करने के निर्देश दिए। अमावाला, गुमानीवाला में निरीक्षण के दौरान लोंगो ने जिलाधिकारी को बताया कि क्षेत्र में नहरों एवं नालों को पाट दिया गया है, जिस कारण क्षेत्र में जलभराव की स्थिति बनी हैं, जिस पर जिलाधिकारी ने निर्देश दिए की नदी नालों पर हुए अतिक्रमण को चिह्नित करने, नदी नालों के पुराने रूटों एवं नालों को पाटकर किए गए अतिक्रमण को चिन्हित करने तथा अतिक्रमण हटाने के भी निर्देश दिए। इसके लिए जिलाधिकारी ने नगर आयुक्त ऋषिकेश एवं उप जिलाधिकारी ऋषिकेश को आपसी समन्वय करते हुए कार्यवाही करने के निर्देश दिए। निरीक्षण के दौरान नगर आयुक्त नगर निगम ऋषिकेश राहुल गोयल, उप जिलाधिकारी ऋषिकेश योगेश मेहर, सिंचाई, लोनिवि, राजस्व, आदि संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
