काशीपुर। चेक बाउंस के मामले में प्रथम एडीजे कोर्ट ने अवर न्यायालय के आदेश को बरकरार रखते हुए आरोपी की सजा पर मुहर लगा दी है। अदालत ने आरोपी को न्यायिक अभिरक्षा में भेज दिया गया है। शक्तिनगर काॅलोनी निवासी सतीश गुलाटी ने अधिवक्ता धर्मेन्द्र तुली के माध्यम से सिविल जज ;जू.डि.द्ध की अदालत में परिवार दायर कहा था। उसने 15 अप्रैल 2017 को एमपी चैक के व्यापारी राजकुमार अरोरा को एक लाख रूपये उधार दिए थे। एक माह बाद उसे रकम वापस करनी थी। भुगतान की एवज में राजकुमार ने 15 मई 2017 को एक लाख रूपये की राशि का चेक दिया था। 17 मई 2017 को एसडीएफसी बैंक की शाखा में लगाने पर यह चेक बाउंस हो गया। 30 मई, 2017 को उसके द्वारा प्रतिवादी को नोटिस दिया गया। नोटिस का कोई जवाब नहीं मिलने पर परिवाद दायर किया गया। सुनवाई करते हुए अदालत ने आरोपी राजकुमार को तलब किया। प्रतिवादी ने अपनी सफाई में कहा कि उसने सतीश के साथ कभी कोई व्यापार नहीं किया। दोनों पक्षों को सुनने के बाद सिविज जज ;जू.डि.द्ध मीनाक्षी दुबे ने आरोपी राजकुमार को एनआई एक्ट की धारा 138 का दोषी माना। 29 फरवरी 2020 को अदालत ने आरोपी को छह माह के कारावास व एक लाख तीन हजार रूपये के प्रतिकर की सजा सुनाई है। अवर न्यायालय के इस आदेश को आरोपी की ओर से एडीजे प्रथम की अदालत में चुनौती दी गई। वादी पक्ष के अधिवक्ता धर्मेन्द्र तुली एडवोकेट और एडीजीसी विपिन अग्रवाल ने उसकी याचिका का विरोध किया। संबंधित पक्षों को सुनने के बाद प्रथम एडीजे सुबीर कुमार ने निचली अदालत की सजा पर अपनी मुहर लगा दी। मंगलवार को अदालत ने आरोपी को न्यायिक हिरासत में जेल भेज दिया।
